Hello Sir, I would like to re-open the case with Capstan Marine; the reason is that they did not keep their word and did not release the amount which they admit in their respond dated June 15, They added it by mistake to my invoice and pledged to release to me once I close the case with Revdex.com Second, I would like to mention that they cost me hours for installing two downriggersSince then I have trouble with power in my boat, Just I want to confirm that I contact them by messages dated July and 5,Explaining to them the power isn't running probably in my boatBut ignorantly they always said it is not related to power and their work is good and the problem comes from downrigger, and because of their wrong advice, I waste a lot of money and timeAfter running almost more one month, I found the reason that I have to install bank battery to provide enough power to run my boat and all equipment, and that cost me almost $ Please note all the invoice available to review Now I'm asking for Three things, First,The money they pledged to return, amount of $ dated June and up to date, I'm not received Second, total nine hours for installing downriggers amount of x hours = $ as because of their poorly work and wrongly advice, it costs me $ Third, They add in their invoice April 19, 2016, that they will replace the sink shower head which they never did Now I would like to show all the readers and buyers who want to deal with them, How badly they treat their clients, starting with such a high priceAnd then badly work which never gaining pleasing and then admitted they are making mistakes and promising to fix their mistake and return the money, then ignoring all of thatNeglecting the message and do not even answer or reply the client message and always not keep their promises In one word, it's absurd and not professional If my time goes back, I will never deal with that dealership Eventually, I do not recommend them to anyone, save your time and money and deal with professional who respect their clients Thank you Ahmed Zohri

Second, I would like to mention that they cost me 9 hours for installing two downriggers. Since then I have trouble with power in my boat, Just I want to

confirm that I contact them by messages dated July 4 and 5,2016. Explaining to them the power isn't running probably in my boat. But ignorantly they always

said it is not related to power and their work is good and the problem comes from downrigger, and because of their wrong advice, I waste a lot of money and

time. After running almost more one month, I found the reason that I have to install bank battery to provide enough power to run my boat and all equipment,

and that cost me almost 3200 $.

Please note all the invoice available to review.


Now I'm asking for Three things,

First,The money they pledged to return, amount of $ 728.00 dated June 15 and up to date, I'm not received.

Second, total nine hours for installing downriggers amount of 130 x 9 hours = $ 1170.00.

as because of their poorly work and wrongly advice, it costs me $ 3200.

Third, They add in their invoice April 19, 2016, that they will replace the sink shower head which they never did.

Now I would like to show all the readers and buyers who want to deal with them, How badly they treat their clients, starting with such a high price. And then

badly work which never gaining pleasing and then admitted they are making mistakes and promising to fix their mistake and return the money, then ignoring

all of that. Neglecting the message and do not even answer or reply the client message and always not keep their promises.

In one word, it's absurd and not professional.

If my time goes back, I will never deal with that dealership.

Eventually,
I do not recommend them to anyone, save your time and money and deal with professional who respect their clients.
