We are in receipt of the complaint and after review of all the communication between the consumer and the *** ***, *** *** has made a request to the credit bureau,*** ** ***, to have the credit inquiry as of July 6th removed from the consumers' credit files The *** ***
should not have pulled the credit report without written permission from the consumer This was in violation of company policy.It may take several days to get this done as the credit bureau has a process they must follow to handle the dispute Please use my direct email for any further communication Thanks *** *** *** ***
