reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Hello [redacted],My interpretation is that the color of the bricks are ruined d/t their product. Their interpretation is that it is perfectly fine and that their contract covered all mishaps the process may cause. I'm clearly not going to get a reimbursement which I am fine with, since the loopholes cover them. So for making the complaint I now need to worry about being sued?
