Supplement #3 to be paid by [redacted] has nothing to do with any cabling. it very clearly lists Concrete Driveway for $606.32 and shelving in kitchen for $349.90 totaling $956.22 the ballance agreed upon and owed him by the insurance company. the tub/shower drain lines and traps are done by the underground plumber which we did not do. the fact that we hooked to his drain lines does not make us liable for his faulty work. we did not contract for or do any underground work. [redacted] is doing his own concrete repair and Capstone already installed and paid for the shelving. They have not offered to do anything about the complaint. I still feel that this is not the right answer to my problem.
Since the roof leaked again in what I believe to be the same spot because the damage to the inside of the house is in exactly the same spot, I do not feel that the original attempt at fixing the roof was aimed at the correct problem. It appears to be a band-aid fix for a more severe problem. Had I been told that there was more to the problem than originally thought at the time of the first leak I would have had it fixed. In good faith I accepted their advice only to have it leak again and damage the inside of the house once again. I was also never shown this bag of tree garbage that they say they removed from my roof after telling me that it needed to be removed and that they would do it for a price.
Now they are trying to say that the leak is from a different problem - nothing has changed on the roof - it is exactly the same as it was one year ago.

Review: A year ago in September after a heavy rain, I noticed that water had seeped into the wall of my guest bedroom. A water bubble appeared between the sheetrock and the paint. More of the sheetrock was mushy. I called my insurance agent and they sent out [redacted] to start the drying out process. They also sent out a claims agent who looked at the roof to determine the problem. Capstone was called in to do the actual work. They did tell me that there was tree garbage up on the roof which may have contributed to the problem and that they would fix it for $500. I declined to have them do that part. They proceeded to finish the job and I thought the roof was sound. I did call a handy man who was a retired roofing contractor to go up on the roof to clean out any of the tree mess that was up there. He said there was nothing there.

Fast Forward one year: Last week (Sept. 8th) with another heavy rain, the roof leaked in exactly the same spot. Capstone did come out to look at it but now want me to believe that there is a design flaw in the roof channel and therefore not their fault. I will have to pay for repairs. Oh, and there is NO tree mess up there this year.

My question is: Nothing has changed from last year. Why wasn't this diagnosed and fixed at that time? I would think that they should make this good instead of wanting me to pay an additional big bill for repairs that should have been made a year ago.Desired Settlement: I would like to see them repair the roof properly with no charge to me. Do it right instead of making excuses.
