We got a mail advertisement from Capstone and were getting quotes for a roof replacement from various companies at the same timeAfter the quote we received from Capstone we decided to move forward since they had financing and signed a contractThe person we signed a contract with was friendly and everything seemed to be in placeWe added a couple extra outside projects cause the quote was reasonably pricedThey began the project quickly and worked efficiently (even on weekends)We thought it was greatAnd then the majority of the project finishedThey left without actually finishing the project- which at that point was just annoying because we don't have a ladder tall enough or appropriate saws to finish ourselves (and why would we? we paid good money for Capstone to do that)So I called and called and calledTurns out the man we signed the contract with no longer worked for the companyI just kept calling and after about 6-weeks they finally came out and finished the project They did a fine jobAnd if you have the time to follow up with them they're a fine companyI would not use them again

I have had nothing but trouble with this company since we signed with themvery poorly organized and poor workmanship from whom they hire I would NEVER hire this company again nor recommend this company to anyone I knowwhen they came for a quote they were very professional but as soon as they were hired it all went downhillWe signed with them (not knowing they sub contracted)at the end of april and didnt see anyone here till about the week before the 4th of julyThe contractor they hired seemed like every time he got frustrated or mad he would leave for the day and got nothing doneWe finally started making some progress on building an addition that is supposed to be a shell mind you and after almost and a half months it still is not finishedwhen they went to put on the roof they had to cut into the existing roof to tie the two together and didnt properly weather proof it they only put plastic around the holes and used cap nails to secure the plasticthat night it had rai

Terrible company - I used once in and never again!! Horrible job, they have unexperienced staff then use semi-skilled staff to clean up all the mistakes Don't use this company!

I do construction management for a living but at a larger scale than home remodeling and I don't think in 15 years I have ever come across a company so poorly run. I hired them to remodel at 90 sqft. bathroom that was supposed to be done in 2 weeks. It has been 5 weeks and we aren't even close to being done. We are trying to get them to tear out the shower tile and floor and redo it because it was done so poorly. The owner continues say he understands and he will make it right. However, he never calls you back when he tells you he will and never follows through on what he says he will do. I paid him half down over two months ago and we probably still have another 2 weeks before it is right. I don't trust them, and I believe they flat out lie to my face. Anyone considering using them better run now!
