I am rejecting this response because:I would like Capstone to provide or address the following:1) Provide a detailed description of the pictures they attached in their responseI understand the 2nd picture is of the weep holes on a window that slides up and down but I'm not sure how water flows outside the home on a slider / side-to-side windowAlso, picture appears to be the exterior of the home, upside down but it is unclear 2) Weep holes in between the screen and our glass window does not explain the issue of how flies are actually entering our closed and locked windows.3) Their explanation is that bugs are getting in through the weep holes from the outside of the house but that does not address what's happening during the winter months when we've had a few warm degree daysHow do they explain flies living in the walls / warmth of our window and how they're getting into the home, again, through a completely locked and sealed window?Finally, I'm not sure how their Trimpac representative could conclude that the windows aren't defective when he himself said he has the same issue with his Windsor / Trimpac windows and flies are getting in his home as wellFlies should not be able to enter into a closed and locked window if the window was installed properly and there are no gaps or holes where bugs can enter the homeWe have lived in different homes within the past years and this is the first time we have experienced this issue with our windowsIt is obvious that Capstone chose windows to save on costs but Windsor Windows did not deliver a quality product that homeowners will be satisfied withI expect this will be an ongoing issue if they continue to purchase their windows through this supplierI did not agree to have Windsor come and look at my windows, when they already concluded there was nothing wrong, which is why I am hoping the Revdex.com can help us come to an agreement on a solution that satisfies both parties

Dear Mr & Mrs [redacted] , Thank you for your recent communication on your concern Capstone Homes has provided an inspection of your windows, October 27, The technician per the letter we received from Trimpac the supplier of the windows stated there were no defects in the windows causing the insects to come in(see attached letter) We have also attached pictures showing the mechanics of the window and how a window is not completely sealed due to the weep holesThey cannot be sealed to avoid moisture sitting in the window instead of running out and awayIn the email sent on 4/4/we offered to have Windsor Windows come out to reinspect the windows as they are the manufacturerWe were notified of the complaint to the Revdex.com so the inspection by Windsor Windows was canceled until further noticeHowever please note we are willing to open the inspection ticket with Windsor Windows if you request this
