Experienced a water leak for the second year in a row with delayed repairs
On December 5th 2018 I reported the water leak. Capstone came out three different times. Final time was the 3rd of January when the leak was finally fixed. Because of the neglect I have a cured 2 months of a extremely high water bill which they refused to help with. They have also drove their feet in regards to supply me with a repair bill so that I can get an adjustment from the water department
I'm requesting they pay any amount over my regular bill amount
Capstone has requested the past twelve (12) month water bill from the complainant.
These water bills are necessary to provide a response to this complaint.

There is no way that Capstone nor the plumber or doing their jobs. I resubmitted the work order for water leak well over five times with the same result still a water leak. As soon as I was notified of a water leak they were notified of a water leak. Why would I want to be stuck with a $600 water bill. It doesn't even make sense for for you to suggest that I knew about a water leak and didn't report it. However is not hard to believe that you drag your feet for over 3 months with finding the actual water leak and then actually Furnishing a letter for me to get an adjustment that is the issue that you still haven't addressed
