All applicants are told that we do not work with evictions and if they owe money to any type of rental or a mortgage that it would need to be paid in full and proof of payment would need to be presented to us.When I spoke with them the wife she knew they owed but they were disputing that, I explained to her that when she filled out the application and the qualifications that if they owed any money and were not upfront with that that all monies were non-refundable.Based on information provided the applicant did owe money to another apartment community and this was not on their original application, so deposit was forfeited
