Stay away, Capstone Remodeling"s primary focus is to collect money not to complete projects in a timely or professional manner Both the owner Lee M [redacted] and the salesman, Blair R [redacted] come off as very accommodating until you sign contract and deposit and then its all downhill They both promise a lot but can't deliver on said promises They failed to properly manage their subcontractors or the project, causing both errors, extra labor and delaysThey did not pay subcontractors, causing subcontractor to threaten to lien house and switched vendors midstream so they could save themselves money, Additionally the new subcontractor did not have to equipment to actually do the job he was subcontracted for It seems they would choose the cheapest subs without regard to quality of workmanship, so they can save themselves moneyThey hounded us for money before work was even completed and tried to collect extra for items that were included in scope and also for labor costs cost due their own errors managing projectIf you don't pay their extra charges they just cease working, leaving you the option of litigation or paying the unjustified charge They were quite unethical, as Blair R [redacted] and Lee M [redacted] would straight out lie about aspects of the project to both client and subcontractor, playing both ends against the middle Capstone, Lee M [redacted] and Blair R [redacted] epitomizes the worst in the construction industry: only interested in collecting payments, with no integrity, concern for their projects, their subs, or their clientsAgain stay away at all costs
