I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to meHowever, I strongly disagree with with the wording of their answerFirst, their representative was NOT treated disrespectfully at the contract signing (as a matter of fact she was late getting there)Secondly, she promised and assured me that she would have the new deed recorded the very next sayShe also agreed to call me and to text me a copy of the new updated deedWhen some time had passed, I called their office for an update*** promised she would check into the matter and call me right backShe never didAfter several days, I made about calls trying to get a update but my calls were never returnedI finally left a message advising them that I was filing a complaint with the Revdex.comI was in NO way disrespectfully to them, or spoke in angerI was agitated that they did not preform their job in a timely manner as they said they wouldThank you for helping resolve this somewhat rather delicate situation

I am in receipt and thank you for your correspondence dated September 23, Please find my response to your allegations below: It appears Mr*** has not been properly informed as to the circumstances surrounding his closingThe real estate company DID NOT provide the correct legal
description of the subject property which subsequently led to the recording of the old or incorrect legal descriptionHad *** notified us that there was a NEW SURVEY with a NEW LEGAL DESCRIPTION we would have had this information from the beginning of the transaction and could have addressed this matter before it became a problemAs I have explained to Mr*** just because you have a new survey does not mean it is recorded in the county records and no one would have had any idea about the change in legal descriptionsAfter the closing when we were notified of the error we, at no cost drafted a corrective deed and I sent staff to have the document executedWhen my staff arrived at the realtor's office we learned that the realtor's office had blamed Capstone for this errorMy staff was treated poorly and unprofessionally, my company was being falsely accused of being at fault for this mistakeIncidentally this is not the only occurrence that *** realty has played the "blame game"I had determined weeks before that I would not conduct business with *** any further due to their lack of professionalism, lack of knowledge and repeated attempts at blaming others for their mistakesIncidentally, I also paid the $16 fee to record the corrective deedI do not blame Mr*** for the shortcomings of *** Realty however his calls became extremely excessive and his demeanor both on the phone, at the signing of the corrective deed and in general were belligerent, demanding and unnecessarily angryI can understand his frustration but as the saying goes "don't shoot the messenger", especially when we were correcting the problem that was a result of ***'s negligence. I have addressed the matter of taxes with Mr***Whatever difference in tax amounts are owed should and will be the responsibility of the buyers since their taxes were clearly offset and collected in excessIf Mr*** wishes to purse whatever amounts I recommend he do so with the appropriate party, *** Title.I am sorry for the difficulties Mr*** has encountered but it is not through any fault or negligence of Capstone Title or any of my representativesHaving personally spoken with Mr*** I found his posture abusive, overstated and clearly far too demanding given I was trying to help correct the problem and not at fault from the very beginningThis is now the third occasion where *** Realty has created animosity with clients and again the third occasion where their interpretation of the circumstance misleads the parties to think they have no responsibility or fault.If Mr*** or *** would like to pursue this matter or have any further discussion regarding this or any other issues they may contact my attorney, *** ** *** at *** *** *** *** ** ***I have previously advised *** to direct any and all communications to my legal counsel
