Mr [redacted] used Texas Partners coin machine on 5/31/He walked up to the teller line to negotiate the ticketTelling the Teller, Parker, the machine shorted him $She explained the process to Mr [redacted] , he was not happy with the answer Mr [redacted] spoke to the Assistant Manager, ***, on 6/5/ [redacted] explained to him: we take the full coin bags to First Texas BankThe bags will get run through their coin machine to be rolledFirst Texas will let us know if there is any discrepancyAccording to First Texas bank we did not have any discrepancy in the balance of the coin machineTherefore our coin machine was in balance and we cannot give Mr [redacted] the $he claims he has lostWe have never had any issues or complaints about our coin machine before I am sorry about the inconvenience Mr [redacted] experienced Hopefully, this will answer any of his questions

OK, I have spoken to the Branch again about this issue [redacted] said that the teller balanced her drawer right aware when he said something to them, she balance to the penny He was upset and would not even listen to them when they were talking to him The Teller is just sure he got the funds and misplaced them He has been back in the branch and has not said anything more about it

I am rejecting this response because: I know much money I had in coins roll up, and the Texas Partners Bank fail to cash my coinsThe bank may me to use the coin machine insteadThat is why, I disagree with the banks statement, because, I knew how many coins I had roll up to deposit to Texas Partners BankThat is the reason why I know how many rolls becuase I had pennies, dimes, nickles and quarters

To Whom It May Concern, This is in regards to Complaint ID # ***This incident occurred by a NEW employee giving out the incorrect account information on a Direct Deposit formThe account information given did not belong to either one of the members affectedWhen Mrs*** came in
to notify us of the incident The Office Manager was notified at that time and there was a letter written to the credit card company explaining in detail that this was an error done by Texas Partners FCU and not the membersWe were told by the member that the letter is all that the credit card company was requesting in order for their payment to be credited accordingly A few days later Mrs*** came in and she was requesting another letter for her other Credit Card payment that was also affected by the incorrect informationThis letter was given to her as well on letterhead explaining that Texas Partners FCU was the ones at fault and that we can be contacted if any further information was needed The Employee responsible has attempted to follow up with Mrs*** to see if any further actions are neededShe has not been able to get a hold of her Texas Partners FCU did express to the members that we were terribly sorry for this incidentThe employee has been talked to about this incident and understands the repercussions

[redacted] went to the branch at the Walmart store on [redacted] to see [redacted] and talk to her about a video the video was broken up so bad you couldn't see most of the transaction I went and spoke to her on 10/ 19 /17 about the video I have also spoken to her about getting a copy of the video because her copy of the video she showed me was broken up so bad you couldn't even see part of the video on most of the video that's why I asked her for a copy of it so I can have someone else to view it I am getting the runaround the video should have shown how many times she handed me money if it was $350 it should have been a certain number of times she handed me bills if it was $1,000 it would have showed more times where she handed me money somebody has messed with the video where it won't show that I work in retail and if somebody is running a scam on you I know they teal is supposed to balance out there not going to put the extra money in there so it would come up uneven if somebody got extra money and they want to keep it all they had to do is don't put it in with the teal she distracted me by talking to me while she was stealing out the paperwork that's why I didn't notice it I can tell you what we talked about if anyone is interested I remember the conversation and I also remember how much money she gave me she gave me 3 $100 bills and two $50 bills and if she the gave me a $1,000 it would have been more Strokes handing me money and now you would have saw that on the video if they wanted to thank you

Manager, [redacted], on 6/5/17. [redacted] explained to him: we take the full coin bags to First Texas Bank. The bags will get run through their coin machine to be rolled. First Texas will let us know if there is any discrepancy. According to First Texas bank we did not have any discrepancy in the balance of the coin machine. Therefore our coin machine was in balance and we cannot give Mr. [redacted] the $85.00 he claims he has lost. We have never had any issues or complaints about our coin machine before.   I am sorry about the inconvenience Mr. [redacted] experienced.   Hopefully, this will answer any of his questions.
