Captain Crunch Fishing Charter

Review: In brief--I scheduled a fishing trip with this charter in June of 2015 which was to have happened July 31, Aug 1 & 2 ,2015. Spoke with Josh M[redacted] re tackle, accomodations, prices, etc. Note;I have fished Lake Erie a good bit and know you can get weathered off that Lake very quickly. So I made it a point to ask if we could'nt get out do to weather or other problems-how was this handled. He explained that if we did'nt fish we would not be charged, he said he did'nt operate that way. We agreed to terms and the following day (9 June 2015) I sent him a check for $450.00 as a deposit on the trip. As luck would have it I was diagnosed with cancer the end of June and had a friend replace me on the trip. They went out to Erie and were weathered off the first two days. It was iffy the third day but they decided to try it and the boat blew up; thus no fishing. I have contacted this guy many times since re my deposit and have gotten all kinds of excuses including checks in the mail. I have sent him certified mail which was sent back as unclaimed. I have a complete list of contacts with this guy regarding my deposit return , but to no avail. If I could get a mailing address for you I would be glad to forward to you an accurate time line of events ? .Desired Settlement: My $ 450.00 deposit returned. Then I will swallow the hours put in to getting this deposit back.
