Unlike most other larger companies, the owner from Diamond Heating will personally be at your desired location to fix or replace the HVAC issueOn 11/6/Diamond Heating & A/C arrived early at my house to replace my furnace which had failed from an improper installationThe owner and his employee worked for eight hours straight without taking a break and diligently replaced the old furnaceThey cleaned up when they were done leaving the surroundings cleaner then when they got thereThe installation of the new furnace was impeccable and all fresh lines and wires were run to the appropriate fixtureI highly recommend this companyThey are professional, punctual, knowledgeable and skilled in their work
We were having our fireplace installed, and upon completion our fireplace installation man [redacted] ran into a problem with our furnace not turning back on correctly, so [redacted] called Mr. [redacted] of Diamond Heating & Air Conditioning Inc asking about the problem we were having and asked Mr [redacted] if he could stop by when he got a chance if he was close by our home, and Mr [redacted] agreed and did stop by.. After checking our furnace and other parts of our lines and thermostat Mr. [redacted] did correct and repair the problem.. and even installed a new thermostat for us while he was there. We feel that Mr [redacted] was very considerate of our problem and only charged a cost that we felt was very agreeable and the fact that he did come was really a great help. We will continue to use Diamond Heating & Air Conditioning for our future concerns of repairs and new installations. He could have easily over charged us for the work he did.. and we feel it is very hard to find a company with great consideration as Diamond Heating did. . We truly appreciate the work ethics and honesty of this company...
