Captain JJ's Fish & Chicken

On Sunday, March 13, 2016, at approximately 6:33 pm, my children and myself went into Captain JJ Fish & Chicken located at [redacted] XXXXX. My teenage daughter placed and paid for her order. When she returned to her seat, I noticed that the amount of her order was incorrect, so I went to the cashier (female [redacted] to let her know that she overcharged us on her order and I requested a refund for the overage. The cashier pulled my receipt down from the overhead line that the orders are placed on after I requested to see it. While reviewing the receipt with the cashier as she circled one too many items on it, the cashier stated "oh, I made a mistake.". The cashier asked me did I want anything else there to replace the item and I replied, "No, just a refund." She then stated with a very obnoxious and unprofessional attitude, "Your food is cooking. I don't give refunds. You can't go to [redacted] to request a refund if your order is not right." I told the cashier to just "cancel my order and give me a full refund. I refuse to patronize with unprofessional businesses." After several times of me asking the cashier for a full refund to no avail, I told the cashier that I would call the police (non-emergency) since the cashier refused to refund my money and to prevent a disturbance from her. The police arrived and stated that the matter was [redacted] and to handle it with [redacted].
