Revdex.com: In view of the merchants response, it appears that one of us is wrongHowever, I appreciate the refund, and will go back and purchase fish that I am 100% certain of, eg smoked bluefish, crabmeat, and shrimp. Again, my wife has been eating flounder all her life and she did not think it tasted like flounder and in view of the small piece vs a large flat and wide piece we believed it to be perchIn any case, since establishment was clean, and merchant made us whole in the transaction, whether right or wrong we are accepting refund and will visit again, to at least give back some $$ by purchasing a different fish
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

them dailyCustomers are able to see the fish being filleted if they have any question as to the species and /or quality of the product.While we regret that this customer was not satisfied with this dining experience, we stand by our productThe refund will be processed through his credit card carrier
