Asa Pawn Shop we have a strictpolicy on returns.Our policy is as followsbecause in the pastwe have had customers
"buy'' an item, use it and then come back before the
return policy expired to get their money back. Effectively "renting" the item for free.This policy has been in place since January...

2015.It is worded: "Limited returns on defective items Up to 24 hours.
Must have receipt".This policy is clearly
printed on the back of all our work stations for the
customers to see as shown in the attachedphotos. Our printedreceipt that was provided to the customer further states: "ALL SALES FINAL.". As shown in the attached re-printed receipt.The customer was never verbally informed of this policy
just as a cashier checking you out at ANYmajor retail store would also not verbally inform every
single customer of their policies.We would have happily offered a refunded or exchanged the defective item if
the customer would have came within
the return period (Close of following business day). Again, we have a strict
policy that is clearly posted in multiple locations for a completely acceptable reason.
