I arrived at the customer’s house as scheduled on Friday July 15th to fix the problems? I walked thru every room, documented every window and their Patio doorWhile I was at their residence, I called the manufacturer(Lindsay) of the problems we had there and what was the proper solution to the problem? Lindsay’s rep told me that they would handle the problem themselves and to send them the photos and contact information of the homeownerAs far as the installation issues, [redacted] informed me that HE was fixing the issues with pieces of wood and the 3rd ? issue the contractor is going out to redo after he returns ? with his Scout troop the week of July 25th ? I was contacted by [redacted] yesterday about the progress as they did not hear anything from Lindsay yetI explained that I got his photos uploaded Tuesday and that in the last days that they were working with all affected people and departments on thisLindsay told me they were going to take care of this while trying to find out how this happened in the first place and that they would be in contactThe reason nothing has been done as of yet is due to the fact that the Manufacturer is now fixing? the problems with the glass and the Patio doorI do apologize if the repairs are being performed as quickly as they like, but I am feel confident that Lindsay will be in touch soon as it hasn't even been a week yet

I spoke directly with *** *** last evening (08/08/16) and we had a very positive conversation about the issues and concerns *** hasWe had good communication and I have talked directly with *** *** - Head of all Operations in WI about this*** has put together a plan with one of our top
Service Techs to go through and make sure that everything is satisfactoryWe will continue to follow through with Mr***

It has not been a week...it has been a month plus since we brought the issues to *** and he cancelled first appoint and and then we sent pictures the week of June 27th and never heard anything until WE contacted him on the 13th of July. We did repairs that needed to be done in order to put railings up as we could not wait any longer as we have my mother living with us and she needs the hand railings for going in and out of the house safely and to cover the holes they left open from removing items and not replacing so that rain could not get in.We were told that windows would be inspected before they were installed? *** did not arrive as scheduled for Friday July 15th as appointment was scheduled for to 12:and at 12:my husband received a call that he would be another hour later.*** ***
