I am rejecting this response because: I am rejecting this response because I made several attempts to get a resolution answer from the business ownerIt was not until after I had filed my initial complaint with the Revdex.com that I received a response from the ownerAnd the issue is now resolvedHis response to my initial complaint is correct except for the part where he claims I had cursed at him More like he cursed at me several times as well as hung up on me Yes, I did call back several timesHowever, that was after repeated promises of a call back without follow thru & being hung up on several timesIt was not until days after filing this complaint that company owner called back as well as emailed proofs this was being resolved when all he had to do was take min and answer my initial questions

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me

I am rejecting this response because:
I am rejecting this response because I made several attempts to get a resolution answer from the business owner. It was not until after I had filed my initial complaint with the Revdex.com that I received a response from the owner. And the issue is now resolved. His response to my initial complaint is correct except for the part where he claims I had cursed at him.  More like he cursed at me several times as well as hung up on me.  Yes, I did call back several times. However, that was after repeated promises of a call back without follow thru & being hung up on several times. It was not until days after filing this complaint that company owner called back as well as emailed proofs this was being resolved when all he had to do was take 5 min and answer my initial questions.

Please review these 2 pdf. First one is the one she signed impound letter for us on 3/27/2017. This vehicle was up to repossession and she did not want to pay to Wells Fargo so she choose to let it go by impounding the vehicle. We got vehicle from her, waited 5 business days (by the law) and sent...

her and Wells Fargo first initial impound notice for 30 days. We can’t send notices to different address than what MN DMV shows to us. We sent notices to her registered address. 35 days later we send second notices to her and Wells Fargo for final 15 days letter. MN Statutes says we have to wait for minimum of 45 days and vehicle has to be stored in our yard before we transfer or request of title. We requested and paid fees of transfer of this vehicle title on June 26th 2017 in Apple Valley Registrar, . Since MN DMV changing their main system and screwed big time we did not get title and she received letter from DMV for her tabs. I also went to DMV for research on this problem September 1st and I have been told that as of September 1st DMV is still working on 6/19/2017 title applications which we applied on June 26th and DEPUTY told me “what is the rush, this is MN DMV? You will get it before X-mas” I did everything to handle this case by the book, but she kept calling, calling, calling. I tried to told her that just reply to DMV letter and  say she does not have possession  of this vehicle. She yelled, cursed, said that she is taking to court. Here is the proof of what I have done for her. Second PDF is the plates that belongs to this vehicle which I paid for it, since we have this vehicle from March of this year still in my yard and I am stuck with it because of DMV changing systems. I ran a business not a circus. I will never ever curse anyone over the phone like that. It is up to you to believe me or not, it is up to you to post that ugly letter on your site. I am not member of Revdex.com and I will not be one. All I know that I will be sleeping good tonight because I did everything by the book what MN Statues says. I know that we will not get kisses and hugs when we impound someone’s vehicle against their will because they are the one parked somebody else property illegally.

We simply follow the contract signed by their apartment management. We don't do anything extra. We don't impound the vehicles parked and followed their own rules. Anybody else that parks there without permit or against their own regulations will be towed at owners cost.
