To whom it may concern,Sorry for the late response as we have been out of townThis is a response to the inquiry ***, about a customer's food purchase on Sunday July 30, 2017.The customer purchased a box of crab legs at the price of $55.00.As it is very busy on weekends we have two cook lines
(both of which were busy that day) making it more efficient for us, as a company to accommodate everyoneAlso, cooking is a free service offered to all customersThe customer then has a choice to take the seafood home or to wait in line for the free service offered.I also wanted to note in the area where he purchased the crab legs there are signs posted stating a no refund policyHowever, we would have gladly given him a store credit upon the return of the merchandise purchased.Unfortunately, under his circumstances there was nothing we could do about the high volume of people who got food cooked that day.We are sorry that the customer felt as though he was “forced” to take the crab legs, but our policy is a returned item for a store credit and not cash backAgain, this notice about cash back or returned items is posted in numerous places around the business.Attached is a copy of the sign posted.Sincerely,Captain White Seafood City

I am rejecting this response because:I had not taken possession of the merchandise before I asked for my refundI would have accepted that store credit if offered oneAnd lastly, the cooker behind the counter was not busy, they were charging in that oneIt was emptyIt was only$But I'll never go back and I'll never let a friend, family member or anyone else patronize that establishment if I'm there
