I am rejecting this response because:I had not taken possession of the merchandise before I asked for my refund. I would have accepted that store credit if offered one. And lastly, the cooker behind the counter was not busy, they were charging in that one. It was empty. It was only$55..... But I'll never go back and I'll never let a friend, family member or anyone else patronize that establishment if I'm there.
