I have tried my best to please [redacted]. She is always hostile to my employee and to myself every time we try to communicate with her. She never gave me the chance to determine what the problem with her pool was. [redacted] would instead not...

speak with me for days then threaten to sue me. She would state that she was send ing me emails but for some reason I was not receiving. I took care of her swimming pool for around 3 years. We never had any problem included sending emails. I have to to make her happy the best I could. At this point I don't believe there is a way that I can please her.

His response is not acceptable because he is not responding to the issue. All he does is complain about me. I was never offensive to anyone. Yes, at times I was very frustrated with the way this company handled my pool. I tried to explain the problems and my expectations in an analytical and logical way. Several times I told him that this was not about personalities, it is all about business.
Actually he was the one who was threatening me, saying that he was going to put a mechanical lean on my house, if I did not pay him although he did not send an invoice. There was no reason for such a response because he knows very well that I paid all the invoices as soon as I received them. Matter of fact I paid the last invoice I received from him in May as soon as I received it and he cashed the check immediately and never showed up again although he promised that he would repair the pool after the payment.I do have all his messages.
It is hard to believe that he did not get my messages. I believe he selectively ignores my messages. Because he responded to some of my messages. Furthermore I do get undeliverable notice if any of my e-mails or text messages were not delivered and I did not receive such any notice at all.
He assured me that pool liner would be OK if we kept the pool closed for a year. Obviously it was not the case. The liner is damaged. Everyone I talked to after this incident, including the liner manufacturer, told me that they do no not recommend keeping the pool closed for a year without water circulation. Obviously this company did not know what they were talking about.
Since this message is public he does not have an excuse like "not receiving my messages". The message is "replace the damaged liner at no cost to me" just like any respectable company would do. He took the payment promising that he would solve the problem. This is not about personalities, it is all business.
