Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 10, 2015/07/06) */ I have tried my best to please [redacted] She is always hostile to my employee and to myself every time we try to communicate with herShe never gave me the chance to determine what the problem with her pool was [redacted] would instead not speak with me for days then threaten to sue meShe would state that she was send ing me emails but for some reason I was not receivingI took care of her swimming pool for around yearsWe never had any problem included sending emailsI have to to make her happy the best I couldAt this point I don't believe there is a way that I can please her Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 12, 2015/07/06) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) His response is not acceptable because he is not responding to the issueAll he does is complain about meI was never offensive to anyoneYes, at times I was very frustrated with the way this company handled my poolI tried to explain the problems and my expectations in an analytical and logical waySeveral times I told him that this was not about personalities, it is all about business Actually he was the one who was threatening me, saying that he was going to put a mechanical lean on my house, if I did not pay him although he did not send an invoiceThere was no reason for such a response because he knows very well that I paid all the invoices as soon as I received themMatter of fact I paid the last invoice I received from him in May as soon as I received it and he cashed the check immediately and never showed up again although he promised that he would repair the pool after the payment.I do have all his messages It is hard to believe that he did not get my messagesI believe he selectively ignores my messagesBecause he responded to some of my messagesFurthermore I do get undeliverable notice if any of my e-mails or text messages were not delivered and I did not receive such any notice at all He assured me that pool liner would be OK if we kept the pool closed for a yearObviously it was not the caseThe liner is damagedEveryone I talked to after this incident, including the liner manufacturer, told me that they do no not recommend keeping the pool closed for a year without water circulationObviously this company did not know what they were talking about Since this message is public he does not have an excuse like "not receiving my messages"The message is "replace the damaged liner at no cost to me" just like any respectable company would doHe took the payment promising that he would solve the problemThis is not about personalities, it is all business
