To Whom It May Concern,In response to complaint [redacted]...Stevenson Construction Co., Inc. has been in contact with customer and their complaints listed with the Revdex.com have been settled or waiting on customer confirmation to move forward.-The rusted screws have been replaced-Our plaster contractor...

dove in the pool and sanded out the leaf marks.  The black spots are a chemical balance issue and should be addressed w/ a local pool company for water testing.  If spots were rust they would be brown or red in color.-Regarding the back wall...Stevenson Construction will honor the original price of $35/SF to veneer the backside of the wall any time customer wishes.  Customer was aware at start of construction that veneering the wall would be extra.Thank you,Douglas * S[redacted]

June 11, 2015Dear [redacted],Upon receiving the initial complaint about the plaster yellowing we immediately responded. We checked their water test results and noticed they had not tested their water since late August. Improper water chemistry is absolutely what caused the yellowing of the surface....

In good faith, we stood behind our product and drained the pool, acid cleaned the surface and returned it to the original bright white color. This was not something we had to do considering their failure to keep the water chemistry intact. As I said, we cleaned the pool and left it up to the customer to refill and balance the water once again. The customer did refill the pool at their expense. They could have filled using their well as many customers do but they opted to pay for the water. This was completely the Jones' choice. Once the pool was filled they tested the water on 3 occasion and winterized the pool. Balancing the pool water was never the responsibility of Stevenson Pools. This is always the customer's responsibility. The customer failed to test the water once the pool was winterized and opened the pool to another water chemistry issue. This time it was a scale build-up on the surface. For a second time in good faith we gave the customers the chemicals and equipment to resolve this issue. In closing, I feel we have gone above and beyond to attempt to keep the Jones' happy.Warm Regards,Douglas ** S[redacted] President Stevenson Pools
