Good morning! I am in receipt of your letter and the complaint #*** I attempted to respond to the url address listed in the letter but received a "404" error, saying the page does not exist Yesterday, I emailed Jeanine with apologies, she should have received a response
from us earlier I have no reason to believe the files are lost But cannot provide an immediate response as the images are on hard drives that are stored and no longer active on any of the studio computers I will be in a position to reload at the end of this month At that time I can search for Jeanine's files and provide her with the images Would that be satisfactory? Also, please provide acknowledgement of receipt of this response as I was unable to log into the proper channelsbeth c*** ***
