On 5/9/a new clutch was installed in the *** *,

before the customer purchased the car. We
did give this customer a day/Mile warranty with our car starting from
5/23/15, the purchase date. The customer
declined
to purchase an extended warranty
On 7/17/15, we did repair the engine on this *** *. Included with this repair is a month or
mile warranty with *** ***.
If the customer is having any engine issues, it will be covered under
this warranty. The Contract # is
***. The number for *** *** is ***. This
warranty extends to any licensed mechanic.
We have reached out to the owner for a desired resolution,
but have not yet had a response

have not heard back from ***. *** did return on the following Wednesday after ***'s Sunday. The vehicle was repaired, but from Wednesday on we have been unable to reach Mr. ***. The owner, *** ***, and the entire staff at CARapologize for the delay in repairs and any undue stress caused by this situation. We the team at CAR1234 would like to apologize once again to mister [redacted] for the misunderstanding and the inconvenience this failed transaction might have caused him, we honestly regret not being able to do more for Mister [redacted]. Are company strives to give all of our customers a friendly and honest treatment before and after the transaction is completed so they are happy and keep coming back for years to come . Honesty , integrity and respect towards our customers is our motto. However I have read and reviewed mister [redacted] initial complaint and discovered that some of the remarks in his statement aren't exactly accurate. Although we could prove this to be so, via text messages saved received and sent to mister [redacted] from [redacted]'s phone and a work order for service and repairs at our shop for the issues that Mister [redacted] had previously pointed out in his statement. We adamantly choose not to enter in a he said she said type of scenario here, simply because we are professionals and by no means we intend to embarrass any one with the facts. So in behalf of our company and [redacted] the person in question here I would like to say the following. Our company has been in business for ten years now, with in that time span we have grown from one employee to over twenty five today . [redacted] was that lone first employee, he has been here from the beginning and never once after a decade of service Mister [redacted] has ever received a bad review, complaint or anything negative said about his person and service from the hundreds of customers he has personally attended throughout his time here with us. Mister [redacted] has proven time and time again that he is respectful, honest, kind and informative with all of his customers. So for your consideration I've attached below just a few reviews given to Mister [redacted] by his clients in websites like [redacted] and [redacted] just to name a couple were they describe in detail their experiences and interactions with mister [redacted] while purchasing a vehicle here at our dealership. I needed an inexpensive car for my daughter and visited this dealership because it was listed as a USAA-certified dealer. Although it looks a bit small from the street, I ended up being very happy with the dealership (they have a huge selection in another location also). We were given a lot of patient attention, all questions were answered, we did not feel rushed, and we left feeling very good about the price we paid (we had done our due diligence ahead of time on kbb.com, so we knew what the car was worth). Our salesman, [redacted], was great. I felt very comfortable with him, there was no "sleazy" vibe at all, and there was a huge feeling of trust (on both our parts). It was a truly great used-car buying experience. We've had the car for 4 months now, and it is a really good car. I will buy all of my future used cars only from Car1234.

[They did repair my vehicle but they did a poor job. The engine started to act up on the second day I picked up the car. Also they are blaming me of breaking the car. The car already had a problem of burning oil when I bought it and now its doing the same thing. His mechanic is claiming that he repaired it to the best of his abilities and is not supposed to be doing that because he has worked on countless [redacted]. I took my car to another mechanic and told me a different thing. He said that the engine could not be rebuilt because of how the metal of the motor is. I also looked online about this issue and I also got the same answer. The engine cannot be rebuilt. But his mechanic claimed that he did. ]

DMV lost his paper work and we got a new registration for him .
