On 5/9/a new clutch was installed in the [redacted] *, VIN # [redacted] The clutch was installed before the customer purchased the car We did give this customer a day/Mile warranty with our car starting from 5/23/15, the purchase date The customer declined to purchase an extended warranty On 7/17/15, we did repair the engine on this [redacted] * Included with this repair is a month or mile warranty with [redacted] If the customer is having any engine issues, it will be covered under this warranty The Contract # is [redacted] The number for [redacted] is [redacted] This warranty extends to any licensed mechanic We have reached out to the owner for a desired resolution, but have not yet had a response
