Thank you for sending the email regarding complaint #Sorry I couldn't respond through the complaint page because didn't open the page for respond however, Miss [redacted] was complaining about warranty but she had warranty and she used on May 8/for total amount of $That is through if my helper is not in the office I was getting information putting in computer the rest and contact to the company my helper was doing, doesn't mean if I put the info in computer the all work is doneShe said I am the ownerFirst of all corporation and LLC doesn't have owner there is manager and CEOI am the manger certainly there is more people involve with LLC anyway, still I will be happy to talk to Miss [redacted] 's boyfriend Mr[redacted] Mr [redacted] is a calm person he can call me.Thank you [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: If there is a security camera then it will show him check the transmission fluid if there is vocal then it will it will reveal him make comment to the effect of the fluid being about two to 1/low and me asking for the owners manual because I saw with my own eyes him attempt to put the wrong fluid in the car there was no way I would take his word on anything else and called [redacted] who said no if it was that low the transmission would be showing signs asked me if it was shifting and I said as far as I could tell it was and I told him that I asked him for the manual and extra key and he said he couldn't find them and to come back in a couple of days we then shared a laugh about his lack of knowledge about the way cars work remembering him almost adding the wrong fluid in our presence then telling me that the transmission fluid was that low it was late when I left and SK AUTO was closed and I called the next morning the mechanic could not see and I made an appointment and it was in between that time the check engine light came on I called the mechanic told him it was on he then told me to drop it off and he would get to it as soon as he could when he did call me he told me that the transmission was overfilled that's when I told him that the person who sold me the car told me it was or 1/quarts low but it was wasn't driving like it was which is why I waited to get it checked out that and the fact I know that getting it checked out was just good business since it was a used car the mechanic returned to fluid to levels and cleared the code and told me if the check engine light comes call him so a time could be set up to bring it back because that would mean that there is something else being that [redacted] had told me that the warranty would cover everything and if something came up that I could call him and we would work it out is why when the light came back on also the car would not go into gear when u pushed on the gas it would move but not shift I discovered by accident that you could shut it off and restart it and it would reset allowing the car to be driven I took it back to the mechanic who then informed me that the problem was something that only the dealer could fix and to let the person who sold me the car know and it was at this time I called [redacted] at both numbers leaving a message on the second telling him that we might have a problem that I was on my way to the dealer and would call hem back the dealer informed me of the problem saying that the computer and the transmission range sensor were damaged due to the overfill that's when I called [redacted] I was still in the parking lot of the dealer when I called hem back very upset and in tears because I was informed that the warranty did not cover this and that I had not received a return call from my first message [redacted] and me also drove the business and there was no one there this was in the middle of the day it was only after I told him that I was going to come and leave the car on his lot with the print out from the dealer and he could call me when the problem was taken care of or return my money he then called me and because of how upset I was not only about the car but because of how long it took to get in touch with him both [redacted] and myself left messages on the phones of this company and it took about four days for [redacted] to finally call back and like I said I was very upset and [redacted] said he would talk to [redacted] we already had [redacted] on speaker phone and because I was crying [redacted] did begin to speak telling him that the problem with the car is how it was sold and that we had both the mechanic and the dealer telling us that this was the type of problem that is most likely known about prior to sell and that I should get my money back after trying to say that my mechanic added instead of removing the fluid [redacted] began to go on about how sensitive the computer was in a way that let us know he had talked to someone about the problem before realizing that we had picked up one this is when [redacted] blurted out that he didn't want to sell me the car in the first place and that's when we both said then why did you and that's when [redacted] agreed to help me he said let him talk to his mechanic and see what he can do to fix it after two days and I had not heard from him I asked [redacted] to call him and question it was then that [redacted] said that he was now trying to get out of doing anything and that's when I called him and he had once again tried to blame the mechanic I warned him not to try to say that again because I had paper work to prove my claim this is when after he talked to the mechanic for himself tried to get [redacted] to ask the mechanic to assist by removing the computer he would purchase a new or used one and then have the mechanic put it in the mechanic said since only the dealer could do this job seeing as the computer had to be programed and only the dealer had the codes to do this and that [redacted] had already been made well aware of this fact he was simply trying to wiggle out of a situation that had come back to bite him in the you know what the mechanic said that he had removed the battery in order for it to pass smog stating that the car could be driven for up to or more depending on the problem before the check engine light would return but that return it would [redacted] knew about the problem before he sold the car further more he agreed to fix it until he saw the only way to do that was through the dealer something he also knew before selling the car but when he couldn't get my mechanic to put his very good reputation on the line he tried to get out of doing the job to the point that when [redacted] went to car access because [redacted] stopped answering or returning phone calls he acted not only as if he didn't know [redacted] but like they had never talked which made [redacted] upset and that's when I filled the complaint my mechanic is more that willing to speak with Revdex.com on my behalf and on behalf of his professional opinion and findings The car in the shop right due to even more issues one being an oil leak that could be serious as well [redacted] is right about one thing and that is that I did like the car but one thing that was pointed out to me later is that the car has had multiple owners and that's because of this problem along with this information I learned that this is also why the millage was so low for this type of car and year

I am rejecting this response because: Because I have proof that the car was sold to me this way *** through his actions showed that he knew when he sold it that it should not be sold and I have a reputable mechanic who is also the owner of SK AUTO who not only warned that *** knew the car was bad but that he had most likely removed the battery in order to make it pass smog I have documentation from both SK AUTO and CHRYSLERWhen I reached out to *** he immediately blamed my mechanic even after he was shown paper work showing that the mechanic found the problem and returned the transmission fluid back to level after it was found to be overfilled my mechanic also told me that it was this that caused the problem where the car would not shift making the car undriveable unless you e cut the car off and restart it several times then the battery light came on I have paid over just in diagnostic services alone and the car had to be jumped to get it to SK AUTO and that's where it is right now
