Car Audio One

Apparently I asked for Car Audio One to install a double din with folded up paper to hold my radio in place ...... that’s crazy ! I would never install a head unit with out properly and professional installation parts needed ! Stay away from this place at all cause these people are dishonest !
WORST experience in my LIFE! I wish I would have saw their *** reviews before I went. Its probably because they post as Car Audio 1 and not ONE. If I could give this a negative I would.
I had a Navigation and Backup Camera installed and spent over $1600.00. They did not finish the first day and I was forced to drive all the way back from NC to have them finish. It wasted 2 days of my life! To make it even worse I was driving on the highway and the Screen slumped in the Dash. I took it to A local Audio shop and they found out the screen was being help up by folded instruction paper that came with the navigation unit I purchased. Here is the picture for proof.
Adam was the guy I was dealing with and he will make all kinds of promises to you, but its all . You are just another credit card they want swiped. Im in shock these guys are still in business and will be taking them to small claims shortly.
1. They up sell everything
2. They WONT finish on time
3. They hook and bait you on their Craislist prices
4. DONT trust anything they say!
5. They wont do a good job

I went here needing my car speakers replaced. George and team got the job done in less than an hour for a great price. They were very attentive and did not pressure customers to buy other accessories. Highly recommend these guys

I bought a car stereo and had them installed on *** Nov.
My issue with them:
1.) They charged me $10 for using my CC. The man in the counter was even mad at me. He said, "That's your fault for using CC. It's not my problem. If you want your $10 back, bring cash."
2.) They installed it incorrectly. All the buttons on the steering wheel did not work. I told them to rewired it to my steering wheel as well, but they refused and pretended they could not speak English. They said that that's all they could do with broken English.
I did not bother pursuing the complaint because it was too much hassle and I was about to be job transferred out of San Diego by early 2016.
Note: This was my experience with them. Whenever someone mentioned San Diego to me, I always thinking about my bad experience living there, especially dealing with Car Audio One.
