Review: manager rufused to give me a refund after promised work was done and not completed. went on to begin threating me, a persistent customer of two years.

On thursday may,23 2013 I enter said buisness to have an alarm issue diagnosted and fixed. I paid $25 dollard for the diagnostic. Once the diagnose was completed I was told that the problem was located and another $25 dollars would be needed to remove it. Once completed I paid in full and was promised that the problem was fixed and if not to bring it back. The morning of the following day, may 24, I experienced the same problem which I was told was fixed. I then decided to take them up on theyre promise, or claim my refund as the job was not completed. Upon entering said buisness, I approached the front desk where the same men had helped me the previous day. I asked what the problem was and if there was something that could be done about it or if I could get my money back. my questions were interupted by the so called manager, a bald full grown male, and he claimed I was approaching him with disrespect. So I stopped talking and listened to what he had to say. when he finished he asked what I wanted to do about it. I responded with another question " what can you do about it? " and again I was met with only this man claiming I was again disrespecting him. so again I remained silent. my silence was met with disrespect as I was apparently " looking at him wrong " and with a loud hot red head he ordered us both out of his place of buisness and followed us out with his testosterone fueled dillusion. Upon arriving back home I recieved a call from the acutal man who helped us the day before, appologizing for the actions of his boss and saying to come back in get my refund. Im writing this prior to me going there so the record can state these facts before who knows whats truly lying in wait for me there. the man I that had helped me the day before knew of the promises he made and what he told me which is why he called to appologize. his boss completly assuming was very poor in his asertation of the situation and his response was very poor and disrespectful for me, a returning customer. I will never agian return there, only now to claim my refund. thank you for your time and consideration.Desired Settlement: if I do not recieve the refund I was promised then I want my full $45 dollars. but if it is given as promised, although the mangager doesnt approve, I will not require settlement. I will be satisfied knowing that others will not be treated that way and will not lose money to false promises and half services

Both sides were agitated. However, we understand that we, as a company, must maintain our integrity and cool under all circumstances. In this particular instance we allowed ourselves to cross a line we normally do not cross. We spoke our mind and that wasn't helpful. We contacted the customer, apologized, and offered a full refund which he accepted.
