My family recently had a most wonderful experience purchasing a Audi Qfrom Car Bazaar of FranklinRonaldo the sales associate was very professional and took great care to comply to every request I had for himMost people don't realize when car shopping that every time a "hard inquiry" is pulled on your credit it can actually affect your scoreI spoke to Ronaldo and after that conversation I felt good enough about the dealership and the car to apply for the financingI explained to Ronaldo that I didn't want the application submitted to every single bank in middle TennesseeWithin the day he had an initial response but the interest rate and payment was more that I had budgetedRonaldo went back to work and actually put in the time and effort to call banks the old fashioned way and explain to them our situationLong story short I received financing through [redacted] at the absolute best rate I've ever had on a car loanThat was just the financing end of the deal Upon arrival at the dealership-which Ronaldo opened up early so we could view the car and test drive before meeting the bankerWe were greeted promptly and given the key and told to take our time and thoroughly test the car, There was an immediate issueNo air blowing through the air conditioning ventsRonaldo contacted the owner and tried all different settings without any luckThe onsite mechanic was on vacation until the next week, but Ronaldo call another mechanic to come take a lookIt ended up being a defective blower motorThe lot owner immediately drove into [redacted] and purchased a brand new Audi blower motor for $An aftermarket motor could have been purchased off [redacted] for @$but they chose to fix the issue right then and right there with the genuine Audi partSo not only would I highly recommend Car Bazaar, but it's great that I've made a friend with themI will be buying my next car from themTruly great people and great service

I went to carbazaar in franklin tn to see about a lexus is for 12,I spoke with *** got approved through a bankThe price increased almost Advised him sorry but I do have a budget I do not want to pay 15,for the carHe became very upset and started speaking to me in a very disrespectful wayI apologized to him and disconnected He then began texting me talking about how I'm not a Christian and he thought better of meHe should have never done anything to help me get approvedHe completely changedI prayed that if I didn't need the car something would stop meAnd this is what happened, I seen his true colors and I'm glad I didI will not go back there againHE told me he is just wanting his commissions Not really worried about the customersI didn't do anything for him to talk to me and text the things he saidI have the right to change my mind, as I believe everyone doesI should never feel pressured into buying a car from anyone

I spoke to Ronaldo and after that conversation I felt good enough about the dealership and the car to apply for the financing. So not only would I highly recommend Car Bazaar, but it's great that I've made a friend with them. I will be buying my next car from them. Truly great people and great service.
