Please see the attached letter and documents. Thanks,*** ***GMPanPacific RV

I am rejecting this response because:  [redacted], as per our phone conversation I believe I know what the final outcome will be regarding my complaint against Pan Pacific RV and [redacted] but feel compelled to respond to [redacted]'s description of our interaction in his "Message From Business" (See Attachment for referred Sections)Section 1/2 , Brought trailer to [redacted] for a Physical inspection of the bubbles in front of trailer at his request. Arrived late afternoon on 9/17/14. [redacted] looked and noted the bubbles were worse than he first thought after I sent a picture via e-mail. He said it was very common for the year make and model of  my trailer and that they had done numerous cap replacements there and suggested it be done before any water damage occurred, gave me an estimate for repair and I agreed to have it repaired. He then asked about the trailers service history of which I had no knowledge of. He recommended a wheel bearing repack and brake inspection, gave me an estimate and I agreed to have the service performed. He then recommended a UV service on the rubber roof to which I declined because I have a trailer cover (actually 2) and keep it covered. At that time I inquired about a new dining table base (one that collapsed) and he said we'd have to talk to the parts dept.. A repair order was written and at that time the parts dept. could not find any info on the table base I wanted and I would be contacted later. I did initial and sign the repair order while multiple items were being discussed (LED Light bulbs, 12 volts vs 6 volt batteries, solar charging systems and the table base), however AT NO TIME DID [redacted] EVER MENTION SHIPPING OF ANY KIND MUCH LESS AS DESCRIBED IN HIS RESPONSE. [redacted] also stated he noted that freight WOULD BE additional in the estimate box but actually noted Freight MAY BE additional. I received a call from [redacted] at 5:10 pm at which time he informed me the parts dept. had found the price of the new table base and that it was $ 147.00 to which  I requested they get me one. When I inquired as to he cost to install it he said he would do it free of charge (phone records show it was a 4 min. call). NOTE, [redacted]'S RESPONSE LETTER STATES THAT HE CALLED ME AND AQUIRED AUTHORIZATION TO DO A SPOT SEAL AND UV PROTECTANT BUT THE REPAIR DETAIL SHEET PROVIDED BY PAN PACIFIC ONLY MENTIONS APPROVAL FOR $175.00 SPOT SEAL, MENTIONS NO UV PROTECTANT, HAS NO TIME STAMP AND COULD HAVE BEEN PRODUCED AT ANY TIME. I DID NOT AUTHORIZE ANY ROOF WORK.Section 3/4/5. NOT QUITE THE WAY [redacted] DESCRIBES IT.... 10/09/14 We arrived at Pan Pacific around 3:45 pm went directly to service (NO INSPECTION) where we were met by Howard, told him we were there to pick up our trailer. He got the paper work and said the bill was $ 2,844.76 and my immediate response was why so much (NO EXPLANATION OF CHARGES). Howard stated that he did not know and went and got [redacted]. When he got there I asked him why the bill was so high. At that point things went bad as I was furious that a shipping bill was so  high and I had not been informed of such. [redacted] said that he'd informed me of the possibly of shipping charges and I said he had not and a bit of an argument ensued with the entire focus on the non authorized shipping charges. After a period of time the discussion was going nowhere, paid the bill under protest (paid @ 4:11pm)to get my trailer, angrily walked out and went to get the trailer. Hooked up and tried to set the electric trailer brakes for proper braking and discovered that the trailer brakes did dot work at all. That required that I go back and deal with [redacted] to which he said you'll have to leave it and we'll look at it tomorrow. Left the trailer reluctantly. Went home and looked over the paperwork and found the unauthorized roof work. Returned late afternoon on 10/10/14 after a call from [redacted] saying it was ready and when I asked him what was found regarding the brakes he said they just readjusted them (AT NO TIME DID I REQUEST A PERSONAL PREFERENCE BRAKE ADJUSTMENT). Hooked up the trailer and tested the trailer brakes and there was still something wrong with them. I was very angry and went inside to confront [redacted]. Again the interaction with [redacted] was not a good one. Among accusations of unethical business practices, fraud for doing unauthorized roof work,  the fact that the trailer brakes worked better before they had touched them and while expressing my self in a loud tone or what he described as yelling he no longer wanted to deal with me so I said that I rue the day that I had them work on my trailer and that they would never see me again as a customer and we left. Saturday 10/11/14 I found damage done by Pan Pacific.....Called Bureau of Automotive Repair on 10/13/14 and asked for proper direction with all the  issues with Pan Pacific which were unauthorized repair where ultimately I decided not to pursue at this time because I did receive a service that does benefit the roof and I would wait because I had time to dispute it later, legally, lack of authorization for charges and damage as the representative of BAR recommended a lawsuit if I did not get the satisfaction I desired.Section 6,  1. [redacted] states no brake issues however the right side rear brake assy. was found with grease inside the hub cavity. There was no retention clip holding the magnet in place and the magnet is covered in grease. It appears at one time someone over greased the bearings. Pan Pacific deemed it unnecessary  to inform me of this. I can only conclude they felt it was a non issue, however multiple RV facilities said it was an issue and the brake assemblies should be replaced.Section 6,  2.  Absurd, I requested no personal preference brake adjustment.  Section 6, 3 I cannot say one way or the other on this subject.  Section 6, 4/5. Brought trailer home and put in the back yard and did not touch again for one month. Pulled trailer out for use on vacation and something was not right with brakes so we left it home (AN ADDED COST OF $525.00). Came home from vacation and spent hours on the phone with the BAR which stated  I needed written inspection from an authorized facility and multiple RV facilities discussing the brake issue and found it hard to get an appointment in a timely manner or find a reasonable inspection fee. Found Happy Daze that said they would so I took it there where they found the grease in the brake hub said it needed to be replaced , gave me an estimate and I agreed to the work. Went home and made a call to Capital One and had a lengthy discussion. Called the BAR the next morning and spoke with them regarding proper protocol and that it would ultimately cost me if I had Happy Daze do the work. I called Happy Daze to inform them of my situation and work was stopped. they returned the trailer to its condition when brought in and charged me nothing.Section 7. NO DISCUSSIONS OR EXPLANATIONS AND I TOLD [redacted] I DID NOT WANT THE TO TOUCH MY TRAILER    Pictures of trailer with cover and bake assy. with grease available if required or wanted.
