this vehicle was worked on in January of this year customer attemped to install cd player himself when we pulled car into the garage fuses were all on the floor of the vehicle and dash was taken apart , we installed cd player everything worked ,,customer left with vehicle . 2days later comes back...

and says turn signals don't work , I pulled cd player out again to show no wires were cut, witch he observed with me when I took out again to show no damage, reinstalled  then customer left

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Regards,
[redacted]I have attached a photo of what the shop found where his Sawzall that he used to cut out the bottom portion inside where the radio was installed and cut 11 wires of my harness. It's very obvious that it was cut with a saw. Yes I did install the radio myself however I did not cut anything all I did was attached adapters and connectors and I could not get it pushed in so I chose to go to him to have it professionally finished and he cut out a lot inside my Dash. The second time I called and he looked at it after I noticed my turn signals are not working on my way home yes I did replace a fuse because there was one blown from him cutting the wire and no I could not see it and neither could my father it was hidden deep as I believe he knew about it and pushed it further down. I am positive that I can get a statement from the shop that had to repair this verifying that it was cut with a Sawzall which is what he used. Also if there is no resolution I will have no choice but to go to small claims court. All I am asking is to be reimbursed for the total cost of the repairs as well as the $40 install where he did the damage. If this is rectified in an appropriate manner I will be more than happy to remove any negative statements after the issues are corrected. He did try to tell me that my turn signal relay switch had blown however it was not blown it just stopped working where he cut the wire.

Again there was only one fuse on the floor of the car and an effort of me replacing a blown fuse caused by him cutting the wires and blowing it. Also it is very obvious from the pictures provided that it was cut with some kind of automatic saw and he is the only one who hacked anything out in my car. Yes it may have taken me a few months to get it professionally looked at as I'm on disability after having five brain surgeries now and he even gave me a great price which I commend him for because of my income. However now he is just blatantly lying and I am beginning to think that he is a thief like I have heard from so many other customers now at this point. All I asked was to be reimbursed for the cost of the repairs and yes it was a lot more than what he charged me at the time but it is not my fault that he cut the wires. I gave him the benefit of the doubt the first time bringing the vehicle back in to have him look at it and yes my father is the one who looked in there in his dark garage and did not see any wires cut but he did not know to look below where he hacked and cut the metal frame of my vehicle. This is an absurd effort on his part to look innocent when he messed up my car. As I said I gave him an opportunity to do the right thing so now I guess I will have to do what I have to do and file a suit in small claims court.
