Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: He is lyingHe agreed to switch the cars then stopped answering the phoneEvery time I did get to speak to him he had an excuse why he did not have another car to place me in at that time"No title for the car, car worse than the original, etc"I do have proof of maintainence on this carI had the sensor fixed almost months after I got the car which was $and even then the car would not even drive without this sensor and the warranty nor the dealer was wolling to pay for thisI have been nothing but nice to this manI never quit my job, I had no transportation and had to find another job that I could get toI even had to move in with family so I could get to workThis car dealer is a liarThe warranty situation had nothing to do with him and I don't even know why hes mentioning any of thatAlso when I opurchased the car he was aware that I lived an hr away and did alot of drivingHe assured me that the car was a good car and that was not the truthAll oil changes were kept up on the car and he knew that the car had multiple issues when I came to himHe did not helpHe had my car towed to his shop a month after the car broke down Regards, [redacted]

CUSTOMER PURCHASED A PERFECTLY GOOD RUNING CAR. AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE SHE ALSO PURCHASED AN EXTENDED WARRANTY. ABOUT 5 WEEKS LATER SHE ASKED ME IF SHE COULD RETURN THE CAR AND I AGREED TO ALLOW HER TO RETURN THE CAR AND PICK SOMETHING ELSE. SEVERAL WEEKS WENT BY AND SHE CALLED AGAIN...

ASKING ME TO ALLOW HER TO PICK OUT A NEW CAR AND AGAIN I AGREED. WE DID A NEW LOAN APPLICATIONS SHE WAS APPROVED BUT THEN QUIT HER JOB NOT ALLOWING ME TO GET HER A NEW LOAN. SEVERAL MORE WEEKS WENT BY WHEN SHE CALLED TO TELL ME HER CAR WAS AT [redacted] THE MOTOR WAS SHOT. I STILL WAS WILLING TO HELP HE AS I SENT A TOW TRUCK TO PICK UP THE CAR AND BRING IT TO MY LOCAL MECHANIC TO HAVE IT REPAIRED UNDER HER WARRANTY. I CALLED THE WARRANTY COMPANY AND HAD EVERYTHING IN PLACE UNTIL SHE CAME TO MY PLACE OF BUSINESS CUSSING ME OUT. I TOLD HER TO LEAVE ITS NOW HER PROBLEM. THE WARRANTY COMPANY WAS STILL WILLING TO HELP HER BUT THEY REQUIRED PROOF THAT THE CAR WAS SERVICED PROPERLY OVER THE PAST 6 MONTHS. SHE PUT 12,000 MILES ON THE CAR OVER THE PAST 6 MOTHS. WHEN ASKED FOR THE DOCUMENTS THE CUSTOMER [redacted] FURNISHED THEM WITH FALSIFIED DOCUMENTS FOR A SHOP THAT DOESNT EXIST AND WITH A PHONE NUMBER THAT DOESNT WORK. AT THAT POINT THE WARRANTY COMPANY DENIED THE CLAIM. AS A DEALERSHIP WE AHVE MET ALL OUT OBLIGATION AND WILL DO NOTHING FURTHER REGARDING THIS MATTER. THE CAR WAS ABUSED AND NOT CARED FOR RESULTING IN THE CLAIM BEING DENIED. IF YOU REQUIRE ANY FURTHER DOCUMENTS YOUR FREE TO CONTACT FREEDOM WARRANY THEY WILL CERTAINLY CONFIRM EVERYTHING I HAVE TOLD YOU.

I am rejecting this response because: He is lying. He agreed to switch the cars then stopped answering the phone. Every time I did get to speak to him he had an excuse why he did not have another car to place me in at that time. "No title for the car, car worse than the original, etc". I do have proof of maintainence on this car. I had the sensor fixed almost 2 months after I got the car which was $260 and even then the car would not even drive without this sensor and the warranty nor the dealer was wolling to pay for this. I have been nothing but nice to this man. I never quit my job, I had no transportation and had to find another job that I could get to. I even had to move in with family so I could get to work. This car dealer is a liar. The warranty situation had nothing to do with him and I don't even know why hes mentioning any of that. Also when I opurchased the car he was aware that I lived an hr away and did alot of driving. He assured me that the car was a good car and that was not the truth.
