Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 8, 2015/09/09) */ We actually tried to work with Ms [redacted] and her vehicle issueOur first system notes state the following "Collections manager and service manager both confirmed that customer abandoned vehicle at Las Vegas dealershipCustomer refused to pay balance and also refused to have the vehicle fixedTherefore towed and repossessed vehicle from Las VegasWe will send N.O.D upon reconditioning cost"Collections and service department spoke to [redacted] telling her we would fix the vehicleI, [redacted] also spoke to client several times telling her service will fix the vehicle, but in order to get it back she would need to get the account currentI told her we would waive the repo fees and she would only need to pay the two car payments of $which added up to $Client refused to pay the amount due because she didn't have the vehicle in her possession and she didn't think she had to payAlso, Ms [redacted] wanted Car Camps to reimburse her for the room they stayed in, in Las Vegas and the car rental they got We told her we couldn't reimburse her for the room and rental [redacted] said if Car Champs doesn't want to reimburse me then I don't want to do any business with youClient then said she was going to get a lawyer and have them the make us pay her instead of her paying usWe passed [redacted] of client's information to collections and our legal department due to her not wanting to pay Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 11, 2015/09/10) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I declined to do any further business with Car Champs because I spent an whole month trying to resolve the issue of my vehicleCar champs continued to ignore me with promise that they would call me backI did not abandon the the vehicle, I was told by by Car Champs service manager that they were going to have the vehicle towed feom Sunset auto into the Car champs Norco office to be fixedCar Champs took their sweet time having the car towed to their locationCar champs never supplied me with an replacement car during the time that my vehicle was inoperableThey never gave me an update on my car until I threatened to report them to Revdex.comCar Champs wanted me to pay for a car that was inoperable and not in my possessionWhen I declined to do any further business with Car Champs because of their horrible customer service and business practices, after my many attempts to obtain the vehicle a month priorAs an lessor Car Champs did not fullfill their obligationThey are putting customers in cars that look good on the outside and are considered lemons
