As a liscensed, Bonded NYS Motor Vehicle dealer, we have days to obtain title/lien release for any & all vehicles we sellMrs*** had a contracted dated she did not even leave a deposit with usSo she has no right to complain- frivolous/ baseless complaint- No $ is her problemNick *** President Car Chasers

My office is in receipt of this complaint referenced aboveI was not aware of this request for a security deposit returnThe employee that was referenced in the complaint no longer works for my company and due to change of staffing the file was mistakenly filed withour completed returnsI have
not received any messages from the family regarding this return.We do have an all hour telephone number for the business and I'm not sure if the customers were calling a number that is no longer being used rather than the main business numberapologize for the error and delay in returnI do plan on processing the return myself and issuing the refund as soon as possible via cashier's check to the customer that is due the return.Respectfully,Courtney S.Owner,

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.As the buyer, I had money to purchase the vehicle. The dealer (seller) could not produce a title, and is still trying to sell said vehicle with no title.In New York State, You cannot complete a transaction (by law) without a title on a vehicle manufactured after 1972. The seller is responsible for providing this document. If the title is missing, the seller must visit any DMV office and apply for a duplicate title, form MV-82.This dealership is breaking the law. They are still trying to sell a vehicle in which they can not produce a title for. Claiming that as a Dealer they can still register it without a title under the buyers name. Not telling people by doing so, the Buyer could be responsible for any Liens held against the title.Regards,[redacted]

The woman could have driven the vehicle home as soon as she paid for it. No $$ contract to buy , never came in with $$.
