to the debtor on January 14, 201 explaining the account must be brought up to date and additional late payments could result in repossession.The account was not brought up to date, so the repossession was assigned on 2/17/15. The repossession company is given information for skip tracing purposes. NO information is posted anywhere.When the representative from the repossession company was at Mr. [redacted] home, Mr. [redacted] would not let him take the vehicle unless he give him the repossession form.  Again, nothing was posted anywhere.As a side note, the purchase price of the vehicle was $7599, not $10,000.If you require any additional information, please contact me at your convenience.Sincerely, [redacted]General Manager

Review: [redacted]I purchased a vehicle from car circus in 08/2013.I must admit I was a little late making my payments due to being laid-off from work and waiting on unemployment.The business I purchased the vehicle from was Car Circus in Altoona,Pa.I just paid them 250.00 on 02/20/2015.On 02/17/2015 the office manager wrote up the repossession notice.I was never notified when making the payment on 02/20/2015 that my vehicle was up for repossession.When the representative came to my home to repossess my vehicle my social security number and all my information was written on the repossession notice.I am only wondering if it was lawful for her to do that.I paid way above and beyond the price I should have for that vehicle.But,that was my fault there,dealing with a buy here pay here facility.I just want you to be aware of they cannot keep posting someone's social security number,and she never sent me notice she was repossessing my car.Desired Settlement: I would like Car Circus since they displayed my social security number like they did to refund my down payment of 1000.00 or I will proceed with a lawsuit for letting my personal information out for the public to see.Even though she wrote this: xxxx she still displayed most of the numbers and if the wrong person had those numbers they could have figured out the rest easily.There are hackers out there that do this on a daily basis.My privacy was violated.
