To whom it may concern,I am writing this regarding a complaint we received from the Revdex.com by one of our recent customers *** ** ***On 11/**/*** *** purchased a Nissan Rouge with 42,miles from us here at Boss Auto PremierBefore selling the veichle as we always do, a full
inspection was done per N.Ystate regulationsThe vehicle passed completelyWe purchased the vehicle from Greenlight Nissan Sales where they perform their own post sale inspection and the vehicle passed that as well with absolutely no issuesAbout weeks Ago *** *** Contacted us stating the Vehicle was running bad and making a lot of noise, we then ask her to come in and we would send it to a mechanic to diagnose the issueWhen *** *** arrived she explained that she had accident on the highway where another vehicle hit the Rouge, she swerved and hit the bottom of the car very hardShe was unsure of what she hit but explained that the noise began after the accidentShe then explained to us t hat she did not want the car anymore and wanted to change it for anotherWe agreed and advised her that the cost to fix the rouge would be added to the price of the new car she choose and she agreedWe took the Rouge back and she signed for a Nissan Altima with 25,milesAt that point we sent the Rouge to the mechanic to fix whatever problems it hadThe mechanic stated the front and rear bumpers were damaged the oil pan and gas tank were dented and the rear differential was severely damaged, a quote was giving for $to fix the vehicle, *** *** was informed and agreed to have the work completedAbout a week later *** *** contacted us stating that she did not want the Altima anymore because she could not afford it and she would like to have her car backWe told her that would not be a problem as the mechanic already finished fixing the RougeIt was explained to *** *** that she would have to pay for the repairs on the Rouge to the mechanic and she c ould pick up her carThat day she brought back the Altima and explained that she would come the next day with the payment for the mechanicWe then inspected the Altima she returned and noticed it was damaged as wellThe front windshield was cracked, front right bumper was hit and broken, and there are scratches all down the sides of the carAll pictures are available if requestedThe next day according to the mechanic *** *** went to the mechanic shop with unknown men and threatened him to release the car without payment, he refused and contacted the police department at which point *** *** and company left prior to their arrival.The following day we received a call from a *** *** with the *** *** stating that *** *** reported that we stole her car and never spoke with her about anythingAfter explaining the situation to the detective he advised to *** *** that she could not report the car stolen and that this was a civil matter that nee ded to be handled accordinglyAnd today we received a complaint letter from the Revdex.com We will be happy to provide any documentation needed to resolve this situationPlease feel free to contact us with any questions or paperwork you made need
