I have purchased vehicles from Carcity and have never had any problems with them...I purchased my first vehicle in (a Jeep Liberty)..never had any issues with it what so ever...great service and great vehicle My second vehicle is a Dodge Grand Caravan I received off being a second time customer and also received a free year 45,mile warranty..The vehicle only has a little less than 50,miles on it I asked for a carfax report, which they more than happily did for me..It showed owner and no accidents or problems The staff at the Grand Rapids office was wonderful, [redacted] (the sales person there) was just a nice as could be and [redacted] the loan lady was excellent I would recommend looking at a lower mile vehicle and asking for a carfax report, which they will gladly do for you

After many phone calls I was approved for 14K loan I asked Jordan what my payments would be if I got the full loan of 14K and stated it would be around $per month which was in my budgetAfter test driving a few SUV's I picked one outIt was 3K UNDER my approved loan amount and Jordan told me that this is a lease and my payments would be $a monthAt that point I got up and walked out, I'm sure I was one of the lucky one as I did not get fleecedSpread the word folks and stay awayWon't ever think about going back

Dec replaced battery which was only months old oil pressure regulator and sensor january check engine light indicates coolent thermometer need to be replaced june car dies on freeway replaced battery and alternator aug dies again on freeway fuel pump I have called all 3x and asked to return the car
Do not trust these people, I got a car from them, after a week I had no heat so took to my mechanic and he told it was in accident because the radiator was dented and bent so called precision and they told me to take it to one of their mechanic and they called me and ask me when I got in a accident , I told them I didn't I only had the car a week, I had no car fax , my husband and I both ask if it had any problems before we signed and they said no, so the the place told me that car city did work on it before and they will pick up the car ,so I called them back and they told me to turn into my insurance ( by the way I bought the extra warranty) so a lot of complaining and treating to get a lawyer and then calling on my side, they let me out of the contract, they said it wasn't in a accident but they car was red but on all the paper work it was black with the same vin number, I didn't tell them that in case we ended up in court but we didn't If I had the money and resources I would put these people out of business so they wouldn't rip anyone off
Why should I be forced to pay for a car that does not work, and is not being fixed properly?
Long story shortCheck engine light on times in the less than two months that I had the vehicleFirst time, was less than days of "owning" itI don't see why I have to pay for towing when there is a "guaranteed warranty" on the carThe gas mileageSupposed to get between 25-MPGI got "15" MPGThey didn't careFirst time car broke down, was promised loaner car immediatelyEnded up sitting there for and a half hours before I got oneAnd every other time it broke down, I was supposed to be the one to pay to get it towedThese people do NOT treat you nice at allThey do not care that the car kept breaking downThey offered no help or advice, and never even apologized once for any of it(Except for one guy in Lansing when it wasn't even purchased from them) The breaks were badThe tires were terribleThe car was disgustingly dirty when I went home with itThey treated
They broke the contract from the beginning because they promised repairs that were never completed
