Ruined Me
Car broke down a month and half after purchase with serious engine problems. This place dooped me into buying this car. They told me they could not fit a warranty on the loan, I should have walked out but desperately needed a vehicle figured they were a reputable dealer but I was wrong. Straight up told me to kick rocks. Lady told me "its a high repair rate vehicle why would they cover anything". Why not mention that when you sold me the car lady? Only thing I kept hear was "how nice this car is and how great it is" pumping me up. Now I have to return the car to the bank because I don't have the money to fix it and is not even guaranteed with engine issue like that will not have other issues. I tried calling this place for over a month. MO kept telling me he was going to get back to me. He never did. Not once. I had to keep calling until reaching Geanie. She was a completely different person then when I bought the car. She was angry at me saying she was insulted. Lady in the one losing my mind because you tricked me into buying a car that is worthless. I hope whatever amount of money you made off me was worth it. You ruined me financially. No car and no work. Please if anyone reads this adhear to my warning and the warning of many many other people online. They blocked me on Facebook so I could not share my experience instead of doing what is right.

After reading car cloud response to my complaint# [redacted] the only true Here is I met him to buy this vehicle!! I live in pa drove hours for this [redacted] !! I brought everything I was asked to bring I was approved per dealership!! Gave the deposit [redacted] and proof of employment pay Stubs left drove home brakes went !! Notified dealership he said just inspected !! [redacted] miles home he said brakes fine !! I'm not a mechanic after driving [redacted] got worse!! Had vehicle looked at needs brakes !! Didn't touch called car cloud he told me there fine but finance turned down !! Would send me new papers they were [redacted] more then the last ones I have copies plus the warranty I purchased was not listed on new contract !! He said he would send new ones out !! He did I sign all papers in envelope !! After countless call from to asking if I sent new application papers he said he got them!! Said I was missing signing some papers he would sign my name I said no !! Next day west lake bank called me I told them about Tim signing papers they said that isn't legal !! We agreed I was then telling Tim what bank said !! Loan was never approved due to this !! Tim said he would just take [redacted] back and give me cash deposit back!!He sent Guys to picked up truck they did said they hadn't brought my [redacted] Called Tim he said your not getting money back!! Please help me!!!

Called the business spoke with Timothy. I asked him about the refund that they mentioned in the business response. He stated that the refund was mailed out on 5-5-17 in the amount of $**. He stated that the originial down payment was for the amount of $ [redacted] . A total of $ [redacted] was taken out for the following:$ [redacted] Processing Fee$ [redacted] DMV/30 Day Tags [redacted] Repossession Fee$ [redacted] Towing Fee from PA to VA$ [redacted] Reconditioning Fee$ [redacted] for 18 days of use ($***0 a day)- Mr. [redacted] had the car for 27 days.$ [redacted] to replace the calibers and brakes$ [redacted] to have New Keys made (Mr. [redacted] kept the original set)Total: $ [redacted]
