Regarding complaint #[redacted]When we offered Mr. [redacted] a partial refund of $200.00 he accepted it, and according to our store manager was happy about it. As owners of the company, myself nor my wife Robyn did not hear anything about Mr. [redacted]s complaint. He is correct when he states its ridiculous. In hindsight we never should have touched this vehicle. He brought in his own product that was certainly not made to be compatible .with his 2001 Saab 9.3 convertible. He also worked on his own dash showing us how he rid of the noise by moving his unit around. When he left the first time he said nothing about any problems with his dash. We screwed up using up metal tools. Really?? The young man who worked on this Saab has twenty plus years experience in his field. We have Snap on tool trucks show up on average of once a week, and most tools are metal. We do not use the tinker toy version. In our thirty five years we have had a very few issues we could not resolve, and do not care about the customer. In any regards when we did respond we offered him a partial refund which he said was fair and he accepted out payment and said he would contact you and let you know it is taken care of. Hopefully that was the case- We've been in business 35 years and try very hard to be more than fair to the consumer.Thank you Rick G[redacted]President C.C.

I am rejecting this response because:The installer told me that plastic tools should have been used...not metal....and I never left happy...I sat in parking lot speechless staring at the work that had been done incorrectly.....590.00 to have some wires crimped and dash face damaged...unacceptable. ..
