Regarding complaint # [redacted] When we offered Mr [redacted] a partial refund of $he accepted it, and according to our store manager was happy about itAs owners of the company, myself nor my wife Robyn did not hear anything about Mr***s complaintHe is correct when he states its ridiculousIn hindsight we never should have touched this vehicleHe brought in his own product that was certainly not made to be compatible .with his Saab convertibleHe also worked on his own dash showing us how he rid of the noise by moving his unit aroundWhen he left the first time he said nothing about any problems with his dashWe screwed up using up metal toolsReally?? The young man who worked on this Saab has twenty plus years experience in his fieldWe have Snap on tool trucks show up on average of once a week, and most tools are metalWe do not use the tinker toy versionIn our thirty five years we have had a very few issues we could not resolve, and do not care about the customerWe feel bad that Mr [redacted] is so unhappy however we lost enough money on this transaction and feel considering the facts we've done what we can Thank you Rick G [redacted] Car Concepts
