Review: I did tax business with this company. The preparer promised to prepared a tax amendent for a tax bill that I received which she failed to do. And promised to resolve the tax bill matter and have not. The preparer collected $300 in cash never provided a receipt and from March until date the preparer has not tried to resolve this issue with me. I have made numerous phone calls, email, sent a certified letter outling what she promised and did not do, An how I would like to resolve this with her..In addition, requesting that I would like my payment back.There has been no response to date from the preparer or any one from her company.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund from this company since I had to resolve the tax matter on my own.
Review: on February *, 2013 I met with [redacted] for my 2012 tax returns. Also, her idea to amend 2009, 2010, 2011 at $300.00 each. She finally gave me 2009 April **, 2013. I waited 3 months to hear from the IRS, they said no refund. [redacted]'s staff told me she forgot to send a document. Today was the last day the IRS would consider 2009. After 100+ calls on June [redacted] she said she mailed me 2010 and 2011 so I could file the 1040X. She lied, as well as her staff. It was never mailed. As of today I still have not received anything. She or her staff will not return any of my calls, emails, complaints. They have given me a 100+ excuses. Computer down, printer not working, someone died etc.. I can't think of all the lies. I , never been treated like this with any professionals. Now when I call the office, I only get an answering machine. I went to the office, she was not there. I feel I have no other recourse but to contact you. =Desired Settlement: I want my $900.00 back in cash plus interest.
