Review: I bought a [redacted] from them in September 2013 and maybe 2weeks later it started having electrical issues and I let them know right away and they want to nothing about it and the warranty that has on it doesn't cover any electrical issues and I called today and the manager got real nasty with me and wasn't trying to listen to nothing I had to sayDesired Settlement: I want it either fixed or traded in for equal price

I spoke with [redacted] from the business and he stated that he is very sorry that the consumer is having trouble with her car. He said that the consumer would need to have the problem diagnosed by a mechanic in order to see if the warranty covers the repair. He also stated that he would have no problem with the consumer trading in the car for a new one that would make her a happy customer.
