I filed a complaint against Aspen Contracting over the weekend The company and I have come to a reasonable solution, so please make note of that.Thank you for your assistance[redacted]

Aspen had a service tech go look at the issue on 5/13, at that time he didn't have the right tools to be able to correct the problemAspen called a couple of electricians on 5/to hook up the powerventAspen didn't keep a close eye on our service ticket and time lapsed and we didn't get the vent hooked up as we didn't get any calls back from any electriciansOn 6/we scheduled appointment with owner for 6/Powervent was hooked up 6/and that should complete everything the property owner needsIf there is any further issue then Aspen will take care of.Pat NussbeckPresident

We understand Mr***'s concerns and we are making every attempt to address any issues that are coming up on his roofing project. We have made contact with the homeowner and we have an appointment set to address a current leak. Meeting is set for 10/24. Thank you

The customer signed an agreement with us to perform roofing work on their home. Our agreement has the 3 day right to resend for federal and texas state law in ten point bold font written on it. We tried to explain the agreement numerous times after it had been signed and we had delivered materials....

The property owner wanted to cancel after material had already been ordered, delivered and after the 3 days from signature. The property owner stated that they wanted it canceled via phone. We got with our supplier and got the material picked up and canceled the agreement without any cancelation fees to the property owner. I don't know why there would be a complaint from property owner when we had a signed agreement, paid for inspections, estimates, measurements and time on job then told them they could cancel without a fee even after they were out of their timeframe to do so according to state and federal law.[redacted]President

There was miscommunication with the homeowner about the siding. We have the siding on order, we have comfirmed with property owner that it is on order and we will be installing the siding once it arrives

Revdex.com of Greater Kansas City. Aspen Contracting had an electrical contractor out this afternoon. At this point it appears the problem has been resolved. Will not be able to confirm until our temps warm warm up. The power vent was working when it was fixed. Thank You for your help.[redacted]

hooked up as we didn't get any calls back from any electricians. On 6/1 we scheduled appointment with owner for 6/6. Powervent was hooked up 6/7 and that should complete everything the property owner needs. If there is any further issue then Aspen will take care of.Pat NussbeckPresident
