Good Afternoon

I purchased a vechicle from this company gave them a 1500 dollar cash payment was told my first payment was not due until 02/15 recieved a call from Phil *** demanding a payment of 300 dollars for remaining down payment.I told them I no longer owe them I only owe payments to finace company Car Credit has shut my car down and my paperwork says I paid in full

You came in to buy a car and gave us an initial down payment of $500 receipt #5168035, you agreed to bring back another $1,000 in 3 payments. You promised to bring back $300 by 12/31/19, $350 by 01/15/20, $350 01/31/20 and your first car payment would then be do by 02/15/20.

You failed to pay the first $300 and are now past due.

If you gave us $1,500 please show proof of receipts totaling $1,500 as I only show a receipt for $500.

At this point just bring back our car and get back your $500, the finance company is not approving your loan as you cannot pay on time.

Car Credit Center are worst dealership anyone can did with, these people are cheat their customers and exploit them because they have challenge credit profiles. They own their finance company known as Overland Bond and investment, they also taking advantage of their customers, they are over charge their customers more then three time what vehicle worth. I will report to the attorney general office for deceptive practices against me and other customers. please do not did with Car Credit or Overland Bond.

I am very disappointed that you have written this after all the times that I helped you and your mom with your late payments. I believe that I went above and beyond in helping you get your car loan at car credit center and then when you needed help with the finance company I stepped in and helped out again. but like anything else in life there is so much that can be done. sooner or later if you cannot pay for something than maybe you got in to deep over your head.

I Need to speak to Danny COO asap. I'm having problems with your car and I get is pay pay. No customer service.

I just turned 25 yesterday I was sold a 2008 dodge magnums on my dads birthday February second I had 5 problems with the car by the third day fuel pump was broken the electric system failed the radio didn’t work the back doors wouldn’t unlock in the back the lights on the outside would go dem I asked for refund or new car but they wouldn’t give it too me but then I got in contact with the owner who gave me a new year car with 150,000 less miles so the person who didn’t wanna change the car started calling me saying he was gonna take my new car if I don’t bring the hard copy of my license my license is valid in Illinois but I can’t drive in Greensboro they took all my money now they wanna take my car my dads sick my sister is sick my grandfather is dying this car is all I have I was homeless I got this car to work a job I never had a real job I loose my car I loose my life I just worked so hard fixing car credit on 46th and kedzie car credit center threatened to repo my car two days after I got the car I’m up too date on payments I need help there people chasing me because they where the old owners of the doge magnome I ride a bike for work 7 months to get the down payment I work hard I’m a good woman

On Tuesday, August 13, 2019, I signed a contract for the purchase of a 2014 ***. Prior to leaving the lot with the vehicle, the vehicle did not start. We were told that the vehicle “just needs a jump”, and to bring it in the next day and we would be given a new battery. On Wednesday, August 14, 2019, my daughter, Courtney took the car to the service department and was told she did not need a new battery, and she was not given a battery.. On Thursday, August 15,2019, the “service engine soon” light came on. Courtney took the car back to the service department where she was told that it was a sensor and that the sensors need to be reset. The sensors were reset and the “service engine soon” light went off. Unfortunately, the “service engine soon” light came on again” The vehicle drove semi-ok over the weekend. On Monday, August 19, 2019.the car started shaking and hesitating during acceleration. My daughter again took the car back to the service department and was told that that they needed to replace some parts. The parts were replaced, the “service engine soon” light went out and before Courtney could make it home the “service engine soon” light came on and has remained on. We were told to bring the vehicle back in and that the vehicle would be “switched out” for a different one. On Friday, August 23, 2019 we brought the vehicle in to 7600 and was unable to find a vehicle. On Saturday morning, August 24, 2019 on Courtney’s way home from work, she had a flat tire and after fixing the flat tire, the car would not start.
We were told to come back and some different cars would be available on Monday or Tuesday. On Monday and Tuesday we contacted *** only to be told they didn't have any cars and to come back on Friday.
Currently, the car is inoperable. It does not start. I called Oscar to let him know that the car was inoperable. He stated he would send someone to pick it up. Oscar has said some new vehicles should be available on Friday. I was hopeful that the issue could have been resolved at that time. Courtney had to have a car to go to work, to drop her daughter off at school and to go to school herself. On Friday, August 30th we arrived at *** to be told by Felix *** that we needed to pay $860.00 because the mechanic, Angel, that looked at the vehicle 5 times prior,. and who had picked up the vehicle last night, stated that we had put diesel gas in the car and that is why it would not start. Really?
This is a complete ripoff. I can not believe a business that was once a wonderful place to deal with has gone to *** in a handbasket. I have owned at least 10 vehicles since I began driving in 1982 and never have I put the incorrect gas in any of these vehicles. It's sad that this is the best lie they could come up with. I'm extremely disappointed and would recommend that you stay clear of this business.

we were sorry to hear of this but after checking with the mechanic someone put Diesel gas in the fuel tank. I am not saying it was you it could have been your daughter who drives the car most of the time or someone else.
we did rectify this problem even though we did not have to - we took back our car and cancelled the deal as the customer was unhappy and refunded them all of their down payment money.

I purchased a vehicle from Car Credit Center Corp. The sales associate who sold me the car was Phil ***. I paid Phil a deposit and was given my Bill of Sale for $1000 down with the rest of my cars unpaid balance. its been two weeks and now they're calling me constantly asking for more money or threatening to deactivate my vehicle. ive paid them and gave them all the paperwork they've asked for. they are "yo-yo"-ing me out of money and its become stressful. im 9months pregnant. im due in a matter of days but now all I can think about is if my car is going to be deactivated when I go into labor. its not time for my first bill yet which is August 15, 2019 and they're trying to get more money out of me. ive also received calls from Assistant General Manager there Felix Nieves who has threatened to deactivate my vehicle. this is a lot of stress on me at the very end of my pregnancy.

Customer was past due on her down payment that is why we were calling her. She has now brought her account current and everything has been taken care of in good standings as far as her down payment is concerned.

This situation has been resolved we will not be calling her anymore regarding her down payment owed as it is all completed now. She will now be making her car payments to the finance company.

This is a horrible business to do busineas with. I absolutely hate the finance company and the employees are rude...I come to get my oil change and there is no one in the service department, I drove all the way from Indiana with my kids and no one can help me! This is beyond crazy!!now I have to wait an hour for them to come back off lunch? Like what business don’t have someone to cover for them.

I apologize that you had to wait that long. Next time please ask to speak to a manager and we will handle the situation in a different way.

I had purchased a used vehicle from this Car dealership with a 30 day warranty. When I first test drove the car it sounded good maybe because it was sitting in the lot for some time now. After the first week or so I started to hear squeaking from the brakes and when I would go to pull off it would jerk. I told the dealership and they fixed the brakes but not the jerking I felt. They mechanics said he didn't find anything else wrong with the vehicle besides the squeaking brakes. Moving on now, I had the vehicle for a about 40 days and the battery light comes on and my car breaks down in a *** parking lot, so I went inside to see if they can do diagnostics on the car. When they did they said my alternator needs to be replaced. I call the dealership to say what was wrong with the vehicle saying that a alternator is needed at the time I didn't know that the warranty I had was up. I took the vehicle to the dealerships auto repair shop and they claimed that it was the battery and that they had put a new one in. Later that day on my way home the battery light comes on and my car starts to jerk really hard luckily I wasn't far from home so I was able to make it. All in all it wasn't the battery it was the alternator which is a serious part and making the car work. The fact that it was over looked could have been fatal to me if I was on the expressway or where ever I could have driven it. I purchased a used car not a broken down car near death, I pay car note and car insurance, I put 1000 down on the car. I paid for a reliable transportation vehicle to get me from A to B now I am carless because I don't feel safe driving the car now. I not to sure what was even done to the car, even though the mechanic said it was only the battery which is not the case anymore it is something more and I feel it should have been resolved before I even purchased the vehicle. Hate to say but this place is giving out dangerous cars that could possible get someone into an accident or worse.

We have contacted the customer and she insists the problem is her alternator. She has purchased the alternator already so we advised her to take it to a certified mechanic near her house pay for the repair labor. She will then bring us the receipt for the alternator she purchased and the bill for the labor to put in the alternator and we will refund her the money. That way she will have a warranty from a place of her choosing as well. She has agreed to accept this solution.

YOU PURCHASED A USED CAR AND YOU MIGHT NEED TO REPLACE SOME PARTS THAT WEAR OUT WITH TIME. UNFORTUNATELY WE CANNOT KEEP RE-IMBURSING YOU FOR THINGS WE REALLY DO NOT COVER LIKE SPARK PLUGS. BE GLAD WE DID NOT EVEN CHARGE YOU THE $100 DEDUCTIBLE YOUR WARRANTY CALLS FOR.

I was sold a car the manufacturer knowingly stabilized with rubber tape glued parts and a broken engine. Please do not let the quick process fool you! No car on this lot is worth your time, money or business. I am currently in standing of a lawsuit against this company and have contacted several media outlets to conduct an internal as well as external investigation

MR. FRAZIER PURCHASED A 2014 *** JOURNEY ON 07/06/18 IT HAD A 30 DAY OR 1,000 MILE WARRANTY. HE CALLED ON MONDAY 08/06/18 CLAIMING THE VEHICLE HAD OVER HEATED ON FRIDAY 08/03/18. HE ADMITTED THAT HE HAD CONTINUED TO DRIVE THE VEHIICLE ALL WEEKEND LONG. HE BROUGHT IN THE CAR ON MONDAY 08/06/18 BY THAT TIME BECAUSE OF HIS CONTINUANCE TO DRIVE THE CAR IT NOT ONLY HAD OVER HEATED BUT HAD NO LIQUIDS AND HE RUINED THE CATALYTIC CONVERTERS. HE PURCHASED THE CAR WITH 128,271 MILES AND HE HAD ALREADY PUT AN ADDITIONAL 2,000 MILES ON THE CAR IN LESS THAN 30 DAYS. EVEN THOUGH IT WAS OUT OF WARRANTY AS DRIVEN FOR OVER 1,000 MILES AND WHILE OVER HEATING IT CAUSED EXCESSIVE DAMAGE. WE OFFERED TO FIX IT AT A DISCOUNTED RATE AT A SHOP WE DEAL WITH; HE WOULD PAY HALF AND WE WOULD COVER HALF THE COST. HE LEFT THE CAR HERE SUPPOSEDLY UNTIL HE COULD GET HIS FIRST $500 AND NEVER RETURNED. CAR CREDIT CENTER HAS BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR OVER 70 YEARS SELLING OVER 150 CARS PER MONTH. YOU DO NOT STAY IN BUSINESS THAT LONG BY DOING THE WRONG THINGS OR SELLING BAD CARS AS MR. FRAZIER IS TRYING TO STATE.

I filed bankruptcy back in 2014 I sent all my creditors my letter of the fileing and everyone took the nessary step to update my record expect car credit center and trans union and expirian. Now mind you I haven't had a girl in three years but car credit center have it on my credit report that I have a open car loan. And so does trans union which is hurting my credit. I called the dealership too day they tell me it's nothing they can do. Which they can. I was a co signer on this car. How is it the person that I consigned for it not on there credit but it still on mind. And they got the proper paper work three times both company. This makes no sense to me.now they want me to wait 30 days that should have been taken care off back in 2014. Thank you

Car Credit Center is a Car Dealership not a finance company. We do not put anything in any customers credit reports other than the Inguiries when we originally check their credit before we sell them a car.
