Car Credit Finance Reviews (3)

On 09/07/2015, Car Credit Finance entered into an agreement to transfer accounts over to [redacted].  [redacted] did pay off her vehicle to us on 09/09/2015 as it was done in the middle of the transfer.  We did send the payoff to [redacted] and [redacted] has mailed her the title.  It...

looks as though she updated her address at the time of the payoff and during the transfer, which may have caused the title to mailed to the incorrect address. [redacted] is waiting on her title to be returned in the mail so that they can send to her correct address.  [redacted] could possibly provide her with a lien release if she would prefer but she will need to contact [redacted] in regards to that matter.  Their phone number is ###-###-####.   The transfer from us to [redacted] has been reported correctly on [redacted] credit and if she does not see the payoff on her credit she will also need to contact [redacted] Finance in this matter. If Car Credit Finance can be of further assistance, we will be happy to do do but we did not have the title as of the date [redacted] paid off because [redacted] already had those documents.

Review: I noticed that there had been no activity on my credit report in months, especially with my car payment. I decided to pull my report, only to find out that the above mentioned company had not reported my payments to my credit report since December 11th, 2013. I called them in June of 2014 when I became aware of the issue, and questioned them about it, and one representative told me that before she could allow me to speak with a manager, that I needed to pay my past due balance of $100. I finally made the payment, and called back, spoke with another representative who told me the company was aware of the issue, and that it would be fixed and show an updated balance on my credit report by July 5th. It is almost August, and still no activity on my credit report from this company. It shows that I owe $15,000+, when in fact, I only owe a little over $9,000.Desired Settlement: I want the payments I have paid for the last 6-7 months to be reflected on my credit report immediately. I contacted the credit bureaus and they all said this company has a contract with them, so they are obligated to be reporting.

I am rejecting this response because: I have spoken with a representative on August 6th, and I was told the same thing, however, my credit report is not reflecting such. In addition, I can still see on my credit report that I owe [redacted] over $15,000. This needs to be removed/adjusted, and then my payments still need to be added to my report. I refuse to continue payment if it is not benefiting my credit.

Dear Revdex.com,We just verified that [redacted]'s credit is being reported to [redacted] and is current - and all set. As I mentioned before, there was a glitch in the system and [redacted] is still working on it for us. They have told us that it should be fixed in about 20 days. But, again, [redacted] lists us as being current on [redacted]'s account.Thank you,Dan C[redacted]ControllerCar Credit Finance (formerly [redacted] Corp.)

[Unfortunately, the balance Car Credit Finance has posted to my credit report is invalid. It is showing that I owe 15,770. This is not what was told to me, nor are my payments from 7 months ago being reflected on my report as promised to me. There should be a payment history attached, as this is how my credit is improved.]

I am rejecting this response because:

Regards,

Review: With valid and intent, tracker finance charged me 80% more than what the car was worth. I've had the car for over a year and my current balance is over $10,000. I've attempted to trade the car in, only to find out the car is only worth $600 dollars. I was told that I can only receive $600.00 for the 2002 Honda accord, and when I question as to why the amount was so low. I was told that the vehicle was salvaged and due to it being totaled, I could not receive any more than that amount.Desired Settlement: I would like to be able to buy a car that has not been salvaged, and overpriced. These individuals are practicing careless and deceptive practices, they should be held accountable.

Response:

Tracker Finance is a preditorial dealership. They function off deceitful and unethical business practices. I do not feel comfortable in dealing with this organization. The extent of the vehicle being damaged it was not fully explained to me. With me signing the document not clearly understanding in depth of a salvaged title I was clearly mislead. How can you repair a completely damaged vehicle? The price does not even match the vehicle, the dealership did this on purpose and intent to defraud. I need retribution not a new deal with this organization , again I'm asking for your assistance.
