I am rejecting this response because:
MrM*** has made it clear, very clear, how helpful he is to his customersI don't have a problem with this company robbing people through contracts, but I do have an issue with them being disloyal and unprofessionalIt is CLEAR that there will be no solution through the Revdex.comMrM*** claims they don't have any "he said she said" policies, however they do run a business based off of said lies between the sales reps and the consumersMrM***, is it he said she said when your sales reps are slipping scathing lies through their teeth when trying to sell a car? My sales rep told me that my car had an auxiliary port which come to find it never didNo big deal, but to me, without he said she said situations, no one would buy your cars!! Is every single conversation over the phone documented? If so, please provide proofIf not, I stand to correct you that there are some he said she said things going on behind the scenes which are purposefully not documented because, well that would mean CCN would have to stick to their word (which they clearly can't be bothered to)From the point of purchase, my mother was present and was inquiring of the price of the carShe was never told an answer, rather, she was haggled for hours with a "we'll see" and "not sure yet"It is clear to me and anyone else who will read these messages, that CAR CREDIT NATION is not a company that stands by their wordCar credit nation is a company represented by a "VICE PRESIDENT" (aka I'm the owners son so I didn't actually qualify for the title, it was just handed to me when my father realized I wouldn't do anything else with my life) who cannot be bothered to use proper punctuation and spelling when writing to customersThank you MrM***, for proving my point (in writing this time) of how little you care about your customers and how easy it is for you to take our money then push us as far away as possibleYou have not ONCE, in these several messages, given me any type of solutionRather, you have basically said "good luck, let me know if you want us to take more money from you." It is no wonder that your name is so tarnished you can no longer afford to keep your Falls Church location openI wish your company the best in your future scamming and I also wish you the best in life, seeing as you really have such a prideful company at your leisure and you really seem to going far in lifeThe last part was sarcasm, in case you may have missed that!

Hi *** ***,
First I would like to say im sorry you are having issues with your *** *** You purchased this *** *** two and a half years ago on 7/23/ Since then you have driver over 30,miles per our records I have
looked through our service records and in the last 30,000+ miles that you have driven the vehicle it looks like you have brought the vehicle three times for repairs Most recently for an axle repair on 1/20/15, next for a check engine light on 6/30/14, and the first time was for a brake repair on 3/3/ The axle and brake repairs were performed successfully without further problems per our records and the check engine light visit looks like the work was declined, not performed, or a goodwill service as there was no charge
Your purchase price was $12,not $18,Please let me know what agreements were made that have not been honored and I would be glad to review Here at Car Credit Nation we get everything in writing prior to the delivery of vehicle so I can obtain copies of your paper work for you if you would like Like we talked about earlier this week we would be happy to look at your vehicle for you if you brought it to one of our service facilities in Falls Church, VA or Winchester, VA Unfortunately we do not offer any towing service and your year extended service contract has now expired so any repairs would be at your expense I would still be happy to diagnose your problems and give you the best deal possibleThanks,

[redacted],  We are sorry so hear about the number of inconveniences you have endured since purchasing the Toyota from Car Credit Nation.
I reviewed the entire mechanical situation and here is what...

I have found.
The vehicle was purchased knowing it had a check engine light and that Car Credit Nation would assist in getting codes p0101 and p0330 repaired if they came back on.
03-16-15 - The car was originally returned for service  for the check engine light. It had both codes documented from the purchase date. (p0100 and p0330). The vehicle was diagnosed and parts were ordered that would not arrive the same day .
03-23-15 - [redacted] brought the vehicle back to install the ordered parts.  Knock sensors and mass air flow sensor.  Car Credit Nation completed both repairs at no charge to the customer.
03-28-15 - Customer returned with a check engine light again and a complaint that the vehicle shakes at highway speeds and when braking. Check engine light was on for a  emissions vacuum leak which is a completely different code from what was originally repaired. We explained that the check engine light could be a result of a bad gas cap or the gas cap not being tightened all the way so the light was cleared and told customer to advice us if light comes back.   A front caliper was causing the vehicle to shake when braking.  Car Credit Nation replaced both front calipers and front brake rotors at no charge to the customer once again.
04-29-15 - The vehicle returned to the service department because the check engine light did return and she couldn't pass emissions. the codes in the car this time were p0440 p0446 p0500 p0420
The first two codes were for the gas cap and a vacuum hose which was cracked.  These parts were replaced at no charge.
The third code we had was a vehicle speed sensor in which it was not malfunctioning at that time.  Code was cleared and was not seen again.
The fourth code was due to a exhaust leak. Exhaust systems are always checked during safety inspections prior to sale so the customer was charged for the exhaust repair of $187.50. We also completed the emissions test for her.
During ALL of the above service visits NONE of the parts replaced were actually covered under any warranty or service contract.  These were good faith repairs performed by the dealer for the customer.   From what I can see we have gone above and beyond what was required.
Car Credit Nation is not responsible for your registration fees.  Unfortunately we can only reimburse you for what was paid which was a 1 year registration.  If you want two years you can get the vehicle registered on your own and be reimbursed by Car Credit Nation for what was paid through your retail installment contract.
Unfortunately there is not an option to return your vehicle or Cancel your Retail Installment Contract.
That being said you are welcome at any time to bring the vehicle in as a trade to purchase another vehicle.   We would need to start by appraising your current vehicle.
Thank You,

Dear Revdex.com,
Thank you for alerting us about this customer complaint.
We have researched our customer history and I attached our internal Vehicle History Report for his 2006 [redacted].
As you can see from the attached report, we...

have been responsive to the customer complaint and fixed his car - at no charge / no cost to him.
Our last repair incident as per the Vehicle History Report was on 10/14/2014.  As per my discussion with our Service Manager here at our Falls Church location, the customer never contacted us back after 10/14/2014 to let us know that there was still an issue with his vehicle.
At this point, we would be glad to contact him to set up a time for him to bring the car back in so we can see what is going on with the vehicle.
I will await your response back to me to see what our next step should be.
Thank you,
Dan C[redacted]

Dear Revdex.com,
sans-serif;">
First of all, the purchase price of the vehicle was $10,620 not $20,000.
We have already credited the customer $640 to lower his ending balance and offered him the chance to cancel his extended service contract which would bring his balance down an additional $1,795.
[redacted] was scheduled to come in and see the Store Manager last week get his ending balance lowered but never came to the office.
The customer has a simple interest loan.  When he purchased the vehicle he had a concern about a high interest rate.  We explained to him if he was able to get a lower interest rate from somewhere else, he could pay his account off early at any time with no penalties and refinance with whoever he wants.
The customer took delivery of the vehicle on 1/24/15 and when Car Credit Nation reopened on 1/26/15 the vehicle had been dropped off by the customer.
The [redacted] that was purchased on 1/24/15 is available for the customer to pickup at anytime.
Please let us know if you need any more information.
Thank you,
Dan C[redacted]

Dear Revdex.com,
We have gone above and beyond to take care of the customer.  Here are some notes from our Service Department:
5/28/14 Service Visit
Front Brake pads and rotors were replaced for the customer at No...

Charge
2/3/15 Service Visit:
We have completed all mechanical issues the customer had requested been looked at.   The vehicle was towed in early February because it would not start.  The alternator had failed which we had replaced under warranty immediately.   After replacing the alternator CCN called customer to tell him car was complete, then the customer asked to check out the warning lights on the dash. ABS and SRS Lights.   Due to the alternator and battery failing there were no faults stored in the computer.  We tested the vehicle for nearly 25 miles with no faults found.  The customer also requested that we fix his flat tire.   So at no charge we Mounted and Balanced 1 tire for him.
In reference to the repossession, the following at some notes:
The customer collected two insurance claims for damages to the vehicle but never fixed the vehicle.
The first claim the customer filed 08/14/14 and the damages estimate by [redacted] was $874.50.  The customer collected a check from [redacted] for $674.50 ($874.50 less a $200.00 deductible).
The second claim the customer filed 12/01/14 and the damages estimate by [redacted] was $1277.63.  The customer collected a check from [redacted] for $1027.63 ($1277.63 less a $250.00 deductible).
There are an estimated total of $2152.13 in repairs needed for the body of the vehicle.  The customer is in default of the contract pursuant to the promise of keeping the vehicle in good condition as well as any insurance proceeds collected are to be applied to fixing the vehicle.
The customer was given the option on 03/02/15 to give us the $2152.13 to have the vehicle repaired or if he refused to do so we had no choice to repossess the vehicle in order to recoup the damages from the insurance company.
We officially sent a repossession notice on 03/06/15 as we have not heard anything else from the customer and the repossession notice gives the customer another 15 days from the date of the letter to come up with the funds.
Thank you.,
Dan C[redacted]

[redacted],  We are sorry to hear that your [redacted] needed mechanical repairs performed.  From the information I gathered it looks like your vehicle has been repaired and is in back in your possession.  The vehicle was towed in 6/1/15 after business hours to our...

dealership at no charge to you.   On 6/2/15 your vehicle was repaired by Car Credit Nation.  Our service department explained that the shifter was not putting the transmission in the correct gear due to a loose shifter linkage.  This problem was resolved and the vehicle was back in your possession the same day.   This repair was completed as a goodwill from Car Credit Nation at no charge to you.   As you stated in your complaint,  you are currently past due on your down payment which must be satisfied.   Unfortunately we do not have a return policy but you are welcome to have the vehicle to be appraised by Car Credit Nation at any time to see if you are eligible to trade or sell the vehicle.
Please let me know if you have any other questions on concerns.

Unfortunately we do not have a "he said she said" policy.  Here at Car Credit Nation we document everything that is promised on both sides of the agreement.  If there is anything that was promised to you, documented, and has still not been fulfilled, please bring that to my attention so I can make sure you are taken care of.

I am sorry to hear you did not have an exceptional experience at Car Credit Nation.  As far as you receiving the wrong vehicle at delivery,  when you purchased you had test driven both vehicles.   Within our 48 hour exchange policy window you returned...

and requested to exchange the vehicle you had originally purchased.  The vehicle you originally drove off the lot was not a mistake.   Since you were within that 48 hour window we allowed your exchange.   Since then you have voluntary surrendered your vehicle and have been offered a settlement agreement.  We have not heard back from you yet.  Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you.
Thank You,

"We Deliver More Than Just Cars."

Review: Well two years ago( March 2011) when I decided to purchase/finace y first car ,I decided to go to Falls Church automotive. I liked the fact that they didn't lok at credit all you needed was the money down for the car you were intrested in. When I found my car and sat down at the table to do the contract with the finance agent she advised me that by sept of 2013 I would be done paying for this car which is a 2004 and its already had 123664 miles on it already. That was a question I had asked how long basically would the terms of the contract be by paying the 350 a month or in my case 175 every two weeks with intrest and all. And that was the reason why I decided to sign the contract because I figured it would be under a two year loan agreement. Now since then they sold my contract to [redacted] maybe about 6-12 months after I signed with Falls Church and tracker financing. nearly 3 years later I still owe almost nine grand on the car and I have never missed a payment and have always been on time. To me it looks like I still have another four years on this loan they misrepresented the terms of the contract to me and this was my first car the listing price on the car when I purchased it was like 14477.35 but more money added after they added all their fees. They say in the contract I should have made 117 payments to date I have made over 108 payments because some months I would make three payments depending if I get paid three times within the month. I would need to go back two years and find out which months I gave 350 plus 175, which I asked them about that also because I was told the over cost for the cost per month would be 350. So when day they called and said a payment was due I told them I paid the 350 for the month but they gave me a reason that didnt make sense basically I gathered that because I decided to set up a bi-weekly plan thats why I gave them an extra payment for the month. But if you look again it also says after they tack on their high finance charge that I agree to pay a sum of a little over 20,000 for the car that doesn't add upDesired Settlement: If possible I would like the rest of the payments on the car to be dropped seeing as though I was told by verbally by **. [redacted] that (Sales rep)I was going to be under a two year loan contract when I asked. Not to mention there seems to be inconsistencies in the contract how many payments I should make vs the price they said should be paid for the car. I do not know if I can receive restitution for my car seeing as though the sold my contract to [redacted] unless they are both affiliated. I hope I can get this issue resolved.

Re: [redacted]

Dear [redacted],

[redacted] purchased a vehicle from our dealership on March 14, 2011. At the time of purchase [redacted] had the opportunity to review all documents in which she signed. The installment contract which she signed was financed by [redacted] transferred/sold [redacted]’s loan to [redacted] on June 29th, 2011, three months after she purchased the vehicle. [redacted] and [redacted] have no affiliation. Unfortunately we are not able to answer [redacted]’s questions about her balance and payments she has paid, she would need to discuss this with [redacted]. Please let me know if we can be of any further assistance.

Sincerely,

Business

August 20th, 2013 Revdex.com1411 K St. NW 10th FloorWashington, DC 20005 Re: [redacted] Dear **. [redacted], I believe I answered **. [redacted]’s original complaint. She stated she believes there inconsistencies in the contract. She questioned how many payments she made versus how many payments were owed per her contract. I explained I am not able to contact [redacted] to ask about her payments she made or her balance. There are privacy laws in place; therefore I’m not able to do that. Since it has been a little over two years since we went over her contract with her, I would be more than happy to go over the contract with her again. She may reach me at ###-###-####. Or if she prefers to discuss with [redacted] I’m sure they can do that for her and also discuss the current balance and her payment history. They will also be able to tell her how many payments she has made to date out of the 118. Regardless if someone verbally telling her the term of her loan and possibly making a mistake, she still signed and agreed to pay 117 payments of $175.00 bi-weekly and a final payment of $159.83, a total balance including interest of $20,634.83. Review: [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: I do not accept the answer because even though I had the opportunity to view all the documents as **. [redacted] claims. Which I never denied but my reasons for denying their response s because they are the start of where I purchased my car. And it doen't add up it's says I only have to make 118 payments which should almost be complete but yet the balance on the car doesn't add up to how many payments that should be made not to mention what I was told by one of Falls church motors representatives that I should be done with make car note payments by 9/2013. And by this being the purchase of my first car I looked over the paperwork while signing and at that time things seemed in order. As we go one throughout the years and Im looking at my contract and expecting to be done as they stated because I did ask questions while signing I feel as though falls Church motors should claim some liability in this matter.. I have had no problems dealing with with [redacted] company the associates there have been reasonable when I make my payments. It can stand within reason that [redacted] can be contacted about how I've made payments and they would be the company caught in the middle as being the one's who just took over a contract. The only thing my current finance company can vouch for is how I've made payments but not the initiators of the contract. Understandably Falls Church Motors doe not have the contract anymore but now what about me as the consumer I feel as though I was in a way taken advantage of by Falls Church motors because when your a first time purchaser of a car or big item you try to have all your ducks in a row but that doesn't always happen. I feel as though Falls church should claim responsibilty for this contract as being the initiators as also I/they should follow up with th people who they sold off my contract to.

Review: I purchased a used car (2004 [redacted]) from Car Credit Nation on Jan. 26, 2014 through what was referred to as a "Tax Deferred Program". The arrangement to purchase the vehicle was contingent on the IRS sending my income tax refund to there company once processed. $2,000 of the total return of $3761.98 as a down payment for the car. Due to a delay in the IRS processing my return, the car was repossessed for non-payment of the $2,000 down payment on May 1st of 2014 even though I had been making my scheduled monthly payments and had had numerous conversations with the Operations Manager (Dan C[redacted]) in attempts to make a financially responsible payment arrangement regarding the down payment until the return was rec'd. Those arrangement attempts were denied per Dan as he wanted the entire balance of $2,000 w/in 30 days. I offered to make $500 monthly payments in addition to the monthly car payments which was also denied. On June 18th, I was informed by IRS that they had honored the initial arrangement and sent my refund of $3761.89. By this time, [redacted] had already repossessed the car. I was not notified by Car Credit Nation that the return had been received the from IRS. I contacted Dan (OP Manager) but when I did not receive a response contacted the Owner, Chris M[redacted] Sr. as well in attempts to resolve this issue of my refund, but I received no return calls. After review of the Purchase Agreement docs by my Attorney, a demand letter was mailed on 7/7/14 to Car Credit Nation requesting the return of my refund due to the repossession of the vehicle on 5/1 but nothing has been done. I was informed during a conversation with Dan that the only option I had was to purchase another vehicle which I declined as I had to purchase a vehicle shortly after my car repossession through [redacted]. He has since referenced that there are additional fees that I need to pay. I requested a copy of this itemized fee list more than 3 weeks ago but have yet to receive. I am a single mother of two. Please helpDesired Settlement: I am requesting the return of my tax return in full as I am a hard working single mother of two and they are refusing to return any portion of the refund and refuse to provide documentation of the fees due. They have also only given me the option to purchase another vehicle which is not a viable option for me and my family.

Re: Complaint ID # [redacted] – [redacted]

Dear **. [redacted],

I spoke with **. [redacted] on the phone about her Maryland state safety inspection. I explained to her we sell vehicles to customers who live in several states, such as Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Maryland, DC, and so on, and the customers who live in those states are responsible to do their state safety inspections. I asked **. [redacted] to fax over her failed inspection report. I received it and we went over it together. She stated she would take care of getting the alignment and brakes done. I was able to get her exhaust/flex pipe repaired in our service department for $75.00. Which she agreed to paid.

Sincerely,

[redacted], Business Manager
