Review: on 12/21/2013 I took my car, 2003 grandma am to car doctor to check and fix the steering and/or brake noise. I paid ss110.46 for checking. hours later he called me ; when I went he gave me two estimates ;$620.48 for brakes which he said were iron to iron to iron, and$1,326.83 for pinion and rack for the steering. I became suspicious, so I paid the 110 for initial checking and took my car to another workshop. lo and behold ,this mechanic charged my $20 for the whole job. the brakes, he said were ok and the steering needed minor adjustment.I complain because I found this businessman a rip off. I advise prospective customers to be wary. I don't know whether I am entitled to a refund, but that was not the primary purpose of the complaint.thanksDesired Settlement: the business should refund the initial checking amount and assure Revdex.com that the practice must not be repeated
