Ms*** agreed to a contractA contract that was breached when her tenant created an environment in which the services could not be provided beyond material purchase and delivery. She lives in *** but is going to try to pretend that she is at the property in **looking at the materials that were purchased and deliveredShe is only repeating a story her and her tenant have concocted.I stand by my original response.Ms*** should feel herself luc** that I do not start the litigation necessary to recuperate the remaining $on her Breached contract.If she continues to harass me and cause me to keep stopping my other projects to respond to untrue, frivolous accusations she "will" be charged with Harrassing communications under *** Revised Statutes and I will make her pay the remainder of her contract as well as my court costs

I contracted with *** ***, who lives in ***, to do repairs on a home she owns in *** **that is being rented by a tenant named ***.I mistaken allowed Ms*** to sweet talk me into squeezing her in on a Holiday (Thanksgiving) weekend in order to help her after another contractor quoted
her $for the same work.The contract specifies a total of $1,for the same work payable 50%-50%.$was paid by a check made out from a third party named *** *** to start after having to wait most of Friday morning on Ms*** to drive somewhere and get the check that I was told by Ms*** would be there at 8:00am that morning.Being black Friday and having to purchase $worth of materials in two trips and a total of stores the delay in the check, because Ms*** was still passed out when we arrived, caused a hour material purchasing run became all dayThe purpose of wanting to start early was to beat the holiday crowds and long linesHer delay with check got us caught shopping mid day on a black Friday. The materials were delivered and I arrived on Satmorning at to Ms*** in bed again and having to wake her up.Upon starting I discovered that Ms *** had concealed a large section of wallpaper with a large screen t.vAfter realizing that she was severely intoxicated on something, I decided to not try to argue with her and run to *** to get a roll of mess tape to repair what she hid on my first walk through days before. When I left for *** Ms*** was passed back out on the couch.When I returned from *** Ms*** was barely standing, severely intoxicated (red eyes, slurred speech), in the room with a drywall scrapper in her hand that she had taken out of my tool bag.She had peeled half of the wall down with that scraper causing a tremendous amount of damage that would now have to be repaired.When I confronted her she started squeeling that she was just trying to help.I am a contractor, not a psychiatristI did not contract to have a druggie interfere with my work.I do not know her, she is not an employee and she has no business getting into my tools and damaging property in an attempt to help in her intoxicated, confused mind.When I talked to miss *** about what was transpiring her solution was to make excuses for Ms*** and that she would just provide me a check for $to cover the $in material that has been delivered and is still on site there and the entire day of full and wages for myself and my employee, fuel ect.Unfortunately, Ms*** is basing her attack on me by information that she is being fed by Ms***A severely disturbed and addicted individual.I do not have to tolerate it and I will not
