July 26, Revdex.comJefferson St NE, Ste A Albuquerque, NM RE: ID [redacted] , VIA FACSIMILIE (Ipg.) ###-###-#### Dear Revdex.com, Mr [redacted] did in fact have repairs done by our shop back on June 16thAs with any repair shop, be it the manufacturers dealer, or an independent repair shop, there are certain protocols in place when it comes to warranty repairs and refundsIf Mr [redacted] had returned to us stating there was a gas leak, we would have first inspected our repair workmanship and the replacement part for defectsThis is the only way that the parts supplier will pay us for the labor involved to replace a defective partHad we discovered the part was defective, we would have replaced it at no cost to Mr [redacted] Being that Mr [redacted] took the vehicle somewhere else voided this warrantyIf there were cracks in the manifold, we cannot confirm this since another shop removed it Any Dealer, [redacted] , [redacted] , [redacted] , etc would explain this to you as I just didI am sorry that Mr [redacted] experienced this, but unfortunately there is nothing we can do at this timeSincerely, Robert R***Owner

If CarEr had done the repairs correct the first time my pickup would not been there for five days and would not had a gas leak which could have resulted in a fireI had taken my pickup to CarER for a coolant leak they caused the gas leak which could have destroyed my pickup [redacted] said that I should not drive the pickup because of the gas leak, they corrected the problem and my pickup runs like it did before I took it to CarER.I still believe CarER owes me a refund for the defective part which has a two warranty [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Regards, [redacted] The response from CarER is just what I knew they would say.If they where truly a reliable vehicle repair shop they would warranty parts they sell. The reason as I state before, I had no confusion in CarER to repair my pickupSince I had to return to there shop several timesand came way with bill after billIt is like I have before they hook up the computer and get a code, repair that an see if that fixes it, if notget the next code

August 12, 2016 Revdex.com Jefferson StNE, Suite A Albuquerque, NM 87109 RE: ID ***, Via Facsimile (4pgs.) ###-###-#### and also mailed 08/12/16Dear Revdex.com, I am in receipt of your second letter dated August 9, regarding the above referenced claim. I responded to this on July 26th, (the same day I received it) via facsimile (copy of original letter and transmission confirmation are attached). As I had explained in the original response, if Mr, *** had returned the vehicle back to us to repair the defective part, there would have been no charge to him as it would have been done under our warranty, Instead, Mr*** made the decision to take it elsewhere, thus voiding our warranty, My first letter thoroughly explains our position when it comes to reimbursing for defective parts and/or workmanshipThis is consistent with any other repair shop in the industry whether it is a dealer, national chain, or independent facility. Sincerely, Robert R*** Owner
